ok, so i was making a RTTS'er named Jose Rodriquez and accidently pressed exit. It reloaded the screen that has the sliders, I did the default and ended up with ALL 5 OF MY PITCHES being 4SFB's.

Assuming that you didn't start his career yet, the only fix I can think of is just restarting and redoing the setup for RTTS, with the pitches you wanted

Personally I'd be curious how he'd develop so I'll keep using him.

If this bothers you too much, you can start a new RTTS from scratch. No problem there.

I'm temporarily getting rid of PS3 and I don't think there's any way to transfer a save file to Vita.

It appears the bug isn't so prevalent and may not be worth it, but you may want to keep the save file anyways just in case you report this as a bug.
