EXCLUSIVE! Here’s a quick look at Throwbacks Uniforms featured in this year’s game.

MLB The Show has always featured a selection of uniforms for our fans to play in, from current uniforms to alternate uniforms to throwback uniforms, and this year we added new designs into the mix. Each team will have 2 throwback uniform options, with OVER 30 new to MLB 13 The Show. Now enjoy some uniforms that date back to the early 1900’s, or uniforms that were used before a team relocated. Whatever teams you are a fan of, we have uniforms that represent your team through the years.

Atlanta Braves using their 1972 uniforms vs the Philadelphia Phillies using their 1926 unforms:

Very cool. A neat little touch is no Nike logo on the old uniforms. I can't wait to see more of the new throwbacks.

I would actually prefer if the Seattle Mariners throwback was the Rainiers one from last year, but the late 80's/early 90's one would be cool too...

I really wish they had the old Expos uni's for the Nationals. Didn't they sort of disassociate themself from the Montreal days, though?

If they included those uniforms, with the old Tiger Stadium, I'd never leave the house.

I guess they initially planned to release this later, and didn't edit that out.

Or they're trying to get us hyped up for baseball, early.

New shoes on Upton.

Where did they get those socks for the Braves? They are gorgeous, but the only thing close are the 1933 Boston Braves socks. From this I'm also assuming there are no low stirrups this year.

I also see we still won't have the elastic waistband with that Jose Reyes picture.



I also hope this means they got rid of those 1930 Cardinal throwbacks for the 1940s Musial era uniforms. I would doubt they changed the 1967 uniforms one year after they just fixed them.

Maybe they can add the 1998 "turn the clock forward" jerseys of the Seattle Mariners.

How about fixing the Reds throwback helmets? They have never worn a helmet with Mr. Redlegs on it. Just make it the wishbone C and be done.

My god those were hideous... Thought they were pretty cool when I was 8 though
