For anyone who did the PSN pre order, what theme did you get? Was it a MLB theme or just a generic one?

Generic, with Mccutchen in the background.

It's pretty bad and you cant read the menus.

I didn't get it, but based on what most other PS3 themes are like, I'm guessing it's just baseball themed icons, with a team specific background(which you can change to whatever you want anyways)


I just downloaded PS3 themes online for free, it's not hacks or anything, they're perfectly allowed by sony.

Is the pre-order available for those of us in Canada and do we qualify for the $10 credit. I hope we don't shafted in Canada like we always do. If I sound a bit bitter, I am. Hate that we aren't eligible for the Challenge of the Week prizes either. Grrrr!!!!

I would like to do this but it would take forever on my internet to download it and the fact that i still have 60 gig fatty ps3. I don't want to tie up that much space for the show.

I just pre-ordered it! If you could change the colour on the font, you would be able to read the words better on the theme. For the guy who asked, Canadians can order it!

The franchise money should just be an extra download in your list, along with whatever else is there (online pass, theme etc). They sell it on the store so you are just getting that same DLC for free with the purchase.

The $10 is a promotion by Sony for spending at least $50 (or $49.99 I think). I'm not sure if you get a code emailed to you or if it is put in your wallet balance though. They've done these deals in the past so I'm sure that info is out there of how the $10 is given. And it is not limited to just $10, you get $20 for every $50 you spend during March.

I have no idea, I don't plan on actually using it on my first franchise though. Kind of ruins the mode for me like RTTS points. If it was DD money I'd take it since its multiplayer and every edge matters there when its your ranking on the line.

You activate the funds from the store tab in the franchise menu whenever you want. You can't spread the money out over multiple franchises though.
