Re: MLB 13 The Show Video and Blog - Franchise Mode
In real life a team's overall budget has little to do with consistent winnings seasons. Its more about the market and even more to do with television contracts. I like what the show is doing though.Comment

I think I would be sick if people didn't point out something they thought was wrong, how else would they be able to correct those mistakes, by reading our minds? Don't forget that SCEA makes weekly roster updates (which pertains to my issue) and the occasional patch, so just because the game is done doesn't mean that we're stuck with the imperfections.Bakin' soda, I got bakin' sodaComment

A few things that I noticed after first viewing of the video that I loved was the Opening Day presentation, ETAs on players, better scouting, numbers for overall rating now, and Top 50 prospects. Love it.Comment

I don't think anyone is complaining about gameplay or anything of that nature... more in the line of small details that the average consumer/baseball fan wouldn't notice.

Re: MLB 13 The Show Video and Blog - Franchise Mode
Yeah, no. I know what the feedback forums are and I know how to use them thank you very much. Unfortunately those apply to games beyond the current year and what I'm inquiring about refers to the roster they upload on release day, which is vital since that is the roster OSFM will be based off of. This is something they are working on up until release, otherwise they wouldn't have all of the updated transactions in the first roster update... SCEA takes their break after the game is released, not the month before.Bakin' soda, I got bakin' sodaComment

Re: MLB 13 The Show Video and Blog - Franchise Mode
I wonder if the players with the new "Top 50" mark on them will be able to be edited? I remember in MVP 05 (yes referring to that game again!) players also had the Top prospect mark on them and were able to be edited.
One thing that bugged about the show was some players who were clearly prospects were unable to edited, greyed out.We play today, we win today, das it!-

For the second part of your comment, are you sure they were CAPs? If they are SCEA players then they cannot be edited per MLB...Bakin' soda, I got bakin' sodaComment
