And I disagree that that colour is the same. To me it is way off. It is a much warmer blue than that dark navy blue. It should be closer to the KC royal blue or the Indianapolis colts blue.

If you look at that screenshot you posted you can see an LED ribbon in the background. It should be more like that colour.

Anyway I'm fighting a losing battle with you. You think it's bang on, I think it's wrong.

I wasn't going to respond to this subject, but dark navy blue is huge exaggeration, lol. I've heard more than a few people say it, but navy blue itself is almost indistinguishable with black; and I'm sure dark navy blue is essentially black. Anyway, just a small rant.

Oh, and the reason I wasn't going to reply is because the Blue Jays are Ramone's Braves from a couple of years ago, to me.

Look, Ive been mentioning the Wrigley Field scoreboard for years now and it never gets fixed. After a while I stopped mentioning it because its just not worth it. And I never got an explanation like you did.

So just be happy you got an explanation (even if you dont like it) and let it go.
In the grand scheme of things, it doesnt affect the outcome of the game.

And Curahee. Russell did give an explanation to why it is that colour. But he didn't say it was correct. Just what they chose.

I could go BLUE in the face talking to you about different shades, hues and pigments of colours but hey it doesn't really matter right it's close enough

To avoid guys from closely examine the shades of colors from screenshots, I predict that SCEA will release only the pics and videos in grayscale, starting next year.

I'm just saying that the constant talk of it is what has turned me off to it. Case in point, this is a feature about MLB 13 New Features, yet what has the conversation dissolved to? And saying that the blue in the game (which I agree isn't exact) is navy blue, or dark navy blue is a gross exaggeration and makes the situation that much more obnoxious. Nobody is discouraging you from bringing stuff up, because that's what the devs want. There are also appropriate threads for, now get this... uniforms/jerseys.

Example in regards to the color wheel, my avatar has a real picture of a Detroit Tigers hat. That is Navy Blue. The autobot symbol, is black. No way is either close to the color of the Jays jerseys in game.

Anyway, like Bobhead said... how 'bout them new features?!

I'm still trying to figure out what this new "thing" is that theSLAB pointed out we are still not seeing yet. Maybe it would be better for some of us to try and put our focus on that instead of whining about a color being off lol

Yep it's darker but I still think its way off. Considering that pic is a floodlit Game inside a dome and the screenshot is a day game.
