I couldn't get this to work either.
I'm pretty sure if you click over to the 'other' team to change uniforms, when you click back over, the CPU team resets to default.

I tried using 2 controllers for a (franchise) MoM game also and couldn't figure it out, is that possible?

I noticed this year you do not have to go back to the team select screen. With dpad left or right you can switch teams, even during lineup selection screen.

I've created 4 different custom cams, I've been playing instead of managing thus far but just went into a manage mode and all 4 camera are there for me to use. Pretty awesome. I'm usually a manage mode only player but I've been playing more than I have in years past. Might do a little of both this year.

I've made a list of the defensive positioning issues. Can anyone else confirm if they've seen sac bunting or base-hit bunting? I'm not seeing them but I'll check again.

I'll also take a look at MoM pitchouts.

I manage the Dodgers. When I use a player like Dee Gordon at the plate, I'd like to see the CPU 3B play up at the corners to defend the bunt. In '13 they no longer do that..is there a setting option I am missing/not activating to get the AI to adjust their defense?

Also, in any situation that a Dee Gordon-type comes up, even with two out, you have the play the corner / drag bunt d on him. The AI in '13 does not do that..again, maybe it's a settig I need to put in?

I want the CPU to strategically defend. I love that MY team will only do what I ask them to (Though Dee Gordon types should still bunt on their own for hits occasionally..Most Managers do not tell a guy to bunt for a hit, only to sacrifice) but I want the CPU to "olay smart".

I've had CPU opponents "Bunt for hit" against me, but I have never seen their defense line up to defend against the possibility. That would be cool if they did anticipate the scenario and lineup for it. But this might require new player tendency attributes which may or may not be difficult to work into the "MLB The Show" game play engine.

Can explain further please? Do I need to create customs cams on non MoM mode first in order to use it during MoM mode?

For next year, are there any other in-game fixes or basic improvements you want to see to Manage Only Mode?

In my notes, these were fixed by request for the full release of the game:
* MoM hitters will not bunt without your request.
* MoM hitters will not hit and run without your request.
* MoM pitchers will not IBB without your request.
* Fix for MoM, opposing team will pickoff properly against your baserunners

I like to see "guard the line" option on infield def position.

Last night, when I was managing the Dodgers, I was tied 2-2 at top of the 9th against the D' Backs. They had runner at 3rd base and no outs so I positioned my IF as "IN".

Batter hit perfect one-hopper to my 2nd baseman and base runner broke to home at impact but my guy threw it to first... scoring the go-ahead run... I checked the replay and if he threw it to home, base runner would be out by country mile...

Does this happen to my fellow managers also?

Doesn't choosing the other team still stick?
I thought it did.

I can't even move to the CPU team to select a different uniform. Am I doing something wrong or missing something?

I think in years past you could act like you were going to manage the other team at the original select team screen. You changed their uniform to what you wanted, then immediately switched back to your team and their uniform would stick when the game started.

You may have needed to be under 30 team control to do this. Plus I haven't tested it this year yet, so not sure.

Unfortunately the H and R bug has not been fixed. The runner still goes for a steal of third on the next pitch.

Is there a workaround for that or any way to cancel the steal?

I just did it...
It definitely worked the last two times for me.

...from the schedule...MANAGE GAME....choose to play as the opposing team and go to the pick uni screen...choose the uni you want and then back out to pick your team(not all the way out).......and the uniform should be the one you chose.

Something definitely got "shut off" in regards to the CPU aligning their defense.
It no longer goes into bunt defense or even DP defense...and it definitely isn't shifting either(extreme pull etc).
Perhaps due to the new defensive positioning screen options?(just taking a stab)...maybe it's shutting down your team AND the CPU?
(I could live with having to set up my defense all the time...but we need the CPU to do it on it's own for the opposing team)

I just did two hit and runs...one with the quick keys(L1+L2) and one through the menu and neither time did the players take off on the next pitch(or at all)

Let me know if you see it again...I definitely checked on this one.
