Umm no they cannot. Getting a little upset here this is the second time you have posted something that is blatantly false and with a few minutes of research you could have educated yourself and avoided it. There is no way to change let alone "easy change" feedback "info" on eBay. That is that most ludicrous absolute falsehood I have read anyone on the internet type in literally years. Someone can hack a seller's account and try to scam people off of that but eBay has one of the world's most robust security systems and today it is virtually impossible to accomplish you would have a better chance of gaining unauthorized access to the pentagon. I do not know how long ago your issue took place on eBay, but you are the one who is being naive here and you are spreading falsehoods because of it. Remember, you tried to buy $3000 worth of silver for $900 and we all know the old saying that goes all with something that is too good to be true. Please take the time to actually review the current situation with eBay. This forum is not a place to spread false information.

First Class is 2-3 days. If he ships Monday morning it can arrive as early as Tuesday and if it is Monday night as late as Thursday. All eBay sellers are required to enter tracking confirmation so you will know Monday if it is on it's way or not.Comment

If it does not arrive this week all he has to do is file a PayPal claim and he will have his money back by early next week.Comment

This is exciting. The hunt to find an early copy is half the fun. Granted, I usually end up empty-handed, but that doesn't take away from the thrill of the hunt.Comment

I emailed the seller and asked if this was in-hand and ready for immediate shipping, or if they were shipping on March 5? At that point I was trying to decide if I was interested enough to place a bid. I would have let it go at that point, but the reply I got was the rudest one I have ever received on eBay.
They informed me (not in exact words here) that they did not break US laws and would not ship it early. The wording they used was much worse, however. So I emailed back and asked where it said that in the auction, why an expedited shipping option was available that said I could have it by this Tuesday, and why the price was so high for a game that wouldn't be hard to find. The reply there was even nastier, and I was asked to "look at the auction listing, which clearly stated a March 5 release date." I looked back at the auction, and noticed it had been revised about 5 minutes earlier. The revision now listed the March 5 date, but only in very small letters and well outside of the main text.
I don't have an issue with pre-selling the game on eBay, and I honestly couldn't care less that I didn't get it early from them. With expedited shipping, the cost would have been well over $100 - way too much for me to pay and money I just don't have right now. The issue I have is the way the auction was listed. It was a clear attempt at swindling money out of eager and unsuspecting buyers. The way the auction was clearly originally listed made it appear that the game would go out immediately, which was not the case.
eBay apparently shut the auction down, as it is no longer listed. They had a quantity of 10 on buy-it-now, and I really hope no one fell for it before it was taken down.
I also realize that a buyer can dispute a transaction with PayPal and get his money back, but has anyone here ever tried it? I have twice - once for a false listing and one for a broken product - and the process was horrible. I got my money back, but it took forever. If that was money you had set aside to buy The Show, what happens if you can't come up with more until you get it back? I guess you just learn a lesson and wait.
This was a PS3 copy, by the way. Forgot to mention that.Comment

For the first time in my 15 years on eBay, I actually reported another seller last night. The guy was selling The Show 13 for $89.99, and his auction was current with an "expedited, one-day" shipping as an option.
I emailed the seller and asked if this was in-hand and ready for immediate shipping, or if they were shipping on March 5? At that point I was trying to decide if I was interested enough to place a bid. I would have let it go at that point, but the reply I got was the rudest one I have ever received on eBay.

Re: MLB 13 The Show for Vita already on Ebay ready to ship
I think all the legit people at LEAST post pictures of the actual game with the case open. Now there are other things to look for but if they can't at least provide that, I won't take the risk.Comment

This thread predates my signup date here on OS but the story is one of the most entertaining ones that I've read in the forum:

Going back it's quite interesting to read what people have done just to get The Show as early as possible.... hahahaha...Comment

Re: MLB 13 The Show for Vita already on Ebay ready to ship
I saw the listing as well. Eager buyer's really need to pay attention on eBay because seller's are becoming aware of those who are willing to pay extra so they are pulling out deceptive listings to make it appear that you will receive something early. I'm even noticing that Top sellers are even starting to use deceptive tactics. Be careful fellas, maybe they have figured OS MEMBERS out
