When I was in high school in the 90's when the whole political correctness thing was blowing up our government teacher had the chief of police in to talk to the class about something totally unrelated one day. Our chief of police at the time happened to be a full blooded Native American and at the end of class we got the chance to ask him questions about anything we wanted and someone asked him about the Redskins, Braves logos, etc. His response was that most Native Americans weren't bothered by it and in fact were honored to be so represented in American sports culture and that the small group of Native Americans and others who were complaining were mostly people doing it for attention and/or financial gain.

Yea I noticed a few hats missing. Not sure if he included all the hats in the screenshots or they just didn't make the game..but I doubt they left them out.
Also, they don't have the Padres hat right. It should be a white back with a blue front panel.Comment

I wouldn't be surprised if the Cardinals went this route. Sure, the red hat looks great with the creme alts, but it can't be a mere coincidence that the BP hat is modeled after the '42 hat and the creme uniforms are modeled after the '42 uniforms. It was meant to be.Comment

But The Show didn't add the new "Interview" hats...they are hideous. But they have on field interviews now with the players wearing the wrong hats! Such a shame...

Is MLB requiring all teams to wear these hats for the Spring Training games this year? I may be wrong, but it seems like the Tigers have always worn their regular caps in Spring Training.Comment
