Correct if I'm wrong but I recall 12 having pre-game(or pre-game warmup) batting practice as an option, though I think it was an RTTS feature.

You might be right, I never play RTTS so I thought it was new.

It's RTTS only and has been in since '10. And yes it's warmup BP.

Good to know the year it was introduced as I skipped 10, grab 11 and 12. Fail to remember it being in 11 but then I haven't played it in over 1 and a half. :P

Whew! Been playing the show since 06 so seeing how it has progressed has been an interesting experience and I cannot wait for 13.

If anyone who has the game could post some random pitchers pitch repertoires, it would be much appreciated.

Would like to see if there is a noticeable difference from last year now that they are using a new method.

Answer to #1.... I haven't checked the push/pull data on individual cards because I play all my games (no mom here) and the push/pull data is all attributable to my user input. As stated earlier, I am pulling everything, so in my case the computer defense could be in the Adam Dunn shift every batter... :-)

You are probably pulling the ball since it was stated that the push/pull will not affect early and late timing, only good timing.

If you haven't already could you check on how the push/pull hit chart is displayed for switch hitters. Is it their overall (LHB and RHB) or is it unique to which side they are batting?

Could you check on the ps3 version and see if the start times for the teams are right? The main concern is the cubs since they play alot of day games.

What if they have over 5 pitches? According to fangraphs, Darvish threw a 4 seamer, slider, cutter, curve, change, and split/fork.

Also I noticed today when using Jaime Garcia you guys had the weirdest pitches for him. He had a vulcan change for his primary, cutter, 2 seamer, another changeup, and a curve. The Vulcan change had almost the identical speed to the 2 seamer, so I was wondering if this was an error that was never fixed?

You guys fixed players like Wainwright, but Carpenter still had no sinker/2 seamer and a cutter, which were his 2 best pitches.

Cozy, could you tell me what Matt Carpenter's attributes are and if he has a secondary position of 2b? He is going to be playing there this year and I'd like to be able to use him online right away.

From what I understand SCEA has to pay money to use each coaches likeness in the game, and they can just outright refuse to be put in the game.
