Posted in the rtts thread but wasn't sure I am playing as a ss when do I press L2 to catch a grounder and do I have to press L2 to catch throws from a second baseman on double plays?

Yes. Any catch you make you must press L2 regardless of position.

Hey loving the game so far. Trying a local multiplayer game right now with my wife (lucky, I know). I was wondering if it is possible to turn off the little baseball that shows where the ball is going to be placed when pitching. Kind of silly to play multiplayer and see where the pitch is going.

RTTS pitcher never gets taken out?

My RTTS pitcher stays in for 120, 130, 140 pitches, in AA until he gets beaten up on the mound. Is there a way to force a substitution?

So I'm putting this in the Q&A thread because it pertains to the show, but it could be the console thread so a mod can move this if they want

I'm in love with baseball games and I already have the other game for the 360. PS4 is coming out sometime late this year so here's my question.

Is 13 good enough to get a PS3?

A few questions and I'm new so I'm sorry if some of these are just known.

1. Do you have scouts for all 4 regions?
2. Do you only have them scout for their particular region! IE. West scout only scouts in the west?
3. Once the scout discovers a player you like, do you assign him to the scout from his area or the one who would be better at his skill set! IE. West scout who's SP strong assigned to the International SP
4. How long do you keep the scout assigned to the player? Until the evaluation is full?
5. When starting a franchise do you just buy the best scouts right from the beginning?

Absolutely. The Show is the only reason I bought a PS3 in 2009. It's the only reason I bought a Vita last year.

In franchise mode is there a way to turn "auto save" off??? After every game it is saving my franchise and sometimes I don't want that

When you change your hitting difficulty does it also change the CPU pitching difficulty?

Yes I believe there is, I think it's at the bottom of the gameplay settings, there should be an option for it... I always turn that off too
