Yes, it works 100% this year as to the user's settings. I can't figure out for the life of me why API won't turn back on.

VERY interesting point, I'm usually the infield and catcher. We mix and match all the time, and it never seemed to be affected.

Have him control it once and you control it another, see if anything different happens.

I will try that, but it isn't working for online games period! 1v.1 included.

I've searched this thread and can't find an exact answer:
1) Are follow-throughs fixed in the rosters this year? I understand that there is a new follow-through and stance mixing ability, and I like that. My question concerns the built-in roster. Particularly, last year A-Rod for me would occasionally use a 2-haned follow through, which in real life he has not used since well, recorded history.
2) Is RttS managing fixed? Last year, my pitching RttS all went in the trash because of the automatic 7th-inning-or-later-get-taken-out rule. No matter how good my pitcher was, no matter the pitch-count, no matter how I was doing, if the lead is 3 or less runs, my pitcher automatically got taken out at so much as an infield single. No mound visit, straight up taken out. Has that been fixed this year?
3) Are RttS goals more sane and less annoying this year? Last year's goals were a joke and ruined the experience entirely on many occasions. The last thing I want to do is develop an MVP player and then get benched because I'm trying to enjoy the game and not playing for the goals. Last I checked, Albert Pujols got to play all last year despite his slow start. In The Show 12, he would've been in AAA by June.

As I've said, I have used the search function, and there does not appear to be a definitive answer on these three issues.

I've got a graphical question. I love the graphics on this game, but I have a problem that I'm hoping is on my end. I notice on afternoon games during some of the RTP cutaways, or just when the sun hits the jerseys right that the pants have this weird corduroy-like texture. Anyone else seeing this? I'm hoping its just a setting on my tv that's wrong, and if so which setting would fix that?

Question: Does anyone know if former Florida Gator catcher Mike Zunino is in the game? He played in the minors for the Mariners last year and now he is in spring training with them. I couldn't find him on the roster.

Has he been in a regular season game in the bigs? If not, then no. ST games don't count.

On the time out work around for meat pitches,is it only necassary to do it once at your 1st at bat? Or before each inning your team comes to bat? Thanks.

In franchise mode whenever I simulate a game and look at the box score afterwards, the lineup my team uses is one I have never seen before. It is not even remotely close to the lineup I have set on the "Lineups" page. Does anyone know how to fix this so that when I simulate the CPU uses the lineups I have set?

No, he has to appear in at least one MAJOR League game.

This might be stupid but is there a way to control my guy in RTS every defensive play? I dont mind not watching the at bats but i wanted to be on the field (ss) regardless if its a ground ball or not.

Use "All Fielding" or "Result Fielding" watch mode. Also set RTTS Fielding Opportunities to "All".

Lineups are set to manual. The order is completely different from what I have set it to. For example, I have JJ Hardy starting in all of my lineups, but when I simulate, Alexi Casilla starts every single game. Hardy only has about 45 at bats so far and Casilla has about 125, even though he is not a starter in any of my lineups.
