I stole a base late in a game where I was getting blown out and the commentators said something like: "I'm not sure if he stole it or if it was just defensive indifference." I checked the box score and sure enough, no stolen base! I'm really surprised they got that in the game.

It has been in previous years, but I love how they mention Lexington Market at the end of home Baltimore Orioles games. You have to be from Baltimore to understand how great of a detail that is. I can't believe they had time to put such a minor detail in.

That was in last year also. Don't know if there are any new ones yet, haven't shelled one out with ANYONE yet. Still want to see "King of the Hill" myself for Aaron Hill; incidentally, I have the theme as his AB song.

Playing a game against the Mariners, and Joe Saunders threw a wild pitch. Karros commented that it was a rare occurrence, that Saunders only threw 3 all of last year. Nice touch.

In Boston they mention the "T" (Boston's train and subway system) and what stops to catch after the game

They have things like this for most cities in the game....you just gotta be listening to catch it

I hit a HR over right field wall in Comercia Park in Deroit. While watching the replay and noticed two shark paintings on a Skyscraper in downtown Detroit. I love sharks an thought this was unique. Anybody know why they are there?

The image is a building mural and its not sharks but humpback whales. Not sure if the game depicts whales or sharks though, can't remember. Either way the mural has been gone since 2006 and is now a large billboard. I assume SCEA found the mural to be more aesthetically pleasing than a billboard. I'm glad they kept it!
