I always play the opening day games and then try to play at least one per team per month.

That's pretty much what I do. OD for sure, then about 1-2 a month on the farm per team to check out hot prospects.

Roughly half the games that I run on PS3 are minor league games, with or without OSFM... The Show is not just MLB (or so I want to think.... hahaha........).

... cannot believe why more people don't enjoy the freshness of air that is minor leagues... a lot of interesting plays happen down there.

Isn't DD kinda like that when your players aren't fully developed? My team was really sucky and played quite a few minor league-like ball games, hahaha.........

If you don't live in a minor league town I could understand why it doesn't appeal to most, but since I'm from Rochester I prefer to play as the Red Wings. If they didnt have so many wrong uniforms and fake ballparks the MiLB experience would be even better.

Also, we need an option to change your affiliates so I can ditch those jokers from Minnesota.

I play a random game here or there...trying to get a feel for certain pitchers and hitters. Maybe even just a few innings of a game. I definitely pay attention to all the players throughout a season, though.

I try to play minor league games usually on the weekends. I only play as the Pawsox though. Living in RI, its easy to follow the team. Plus I put my created self on the Pawsox as well.

I rarely play them. I usually play the Minor League All Star games though, and when doing household chores I'll put my minor league teams games for the day on watch mode.

Seems like I'm in the minority here, but if I do a fantasy drafted franchise, I play all the minor league games. I like to play them and see how well I do with certain players. Makes for an excellent tool to base decisions on if I want to send a player down or someone on the MLB club gets hurt and I need to call someone up. I already know how good I am with a candidate. Not to mention with a fantasy draft, I typically draft prospects I have heard of and enjoy using them.

I'm still playing MLB 12 as of right now because I don't bother getting the next installment until Knight's roster is uploaded.

My minor league teams have:

i play them occasionally but mainly focus on the mlb games since the season is so long.
