Marisnick, Alverez, Nicolino, Buck+ for Reyes, Buerlhe(34), Johnson(walk year), Bonaficio
Buck(been good), TDA(top 'spect), Synder(top 'spect) for Dickey (38)+
Lowrie wouldn't be needed anymore and Ben knew it. Once Bogaerts gets up, we won't be looking at Lowrie (hopefully). I like the Hanrahan trade, if only he stayed healthy and didn't allow those 5 Runs. The last one was stupid...
Anyways, I'm not gonna continue as this is not the thread for this.Red Sox: 2018 World Series Champions!!!

Not even gonna go there because you're gonna end up saying Bogaerts is a HOF talent at which point I will launch myself out a window"Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Thoughts on me trading SP Jeff Niemann and 2B Tim Beckham to the Braves for RP Eric O'Flaherty, C Evan Gattis, and 1B Ernesto Meija? They're down to do it, and I'd get an every-day C in Gattis and a lefty to bolster my Bullpen with O'Flaherty, which I really need. The BP is full of righties, aside from McGee.Comment

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Gentry for Hutchinson maybe??? Hutchinson would be a good number 5 in 2014 until Jackson/Buckle are ready... I'm working off my franchise and I don't plan on resigning Lewis in 2014 and Ballester is more of RP than an SP... Other than that maybe Danny Barnes/Griffin Murphy/Deck McGuire...RED SOX NATION!!!!Comment

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
So my pitching, other than Pelfrey, has stabilized pretty well without intervention. Don't really expect many real possibilities here, but does anyone have any bold ideas on how to improve the Twins SS situation? Currently Pedro Florimon is the best in the organization at 62 ovr, there are no decent prospects, and no player close to MLB ready.
A couple qualifiers: I'm 14-17 and .5 games out of 1st in the division, and Justin Morneau is having a ridiculously good year for me so I think he's off the table. The overall feel of the team right now is things are rounding into surprising form after a terrible start. I'd like a SS that can play in the majors, doesn't have to be stellar, just a bit of an upgrade over Florimon. I would be more willing to trade pitching at this point than a fielder.Comment
