Lincecum is a free agent just like Santana so the 2014 rotation would look a bit thin with just Cain and Bumgarner there.

Hard to speculate on deals since we don't know what teams that are sellers. Brown is certainly a fit for the Mets but rather in a deal for Niese.
That would make two bad years now, wouldn't it? I remember he was bad last year. FWIW, I saw him play Monday night and left really unimpressed. Danny Duffy looked lights out but was out of the game REALLY fast. I don't know if he was hurt or something. He never even broke out that curve, he dominated on just heat and changes.

Unfortunately for me Niese dislocated his shoulder yesterday while I was playing /: I see your point though about Santana.

Hey, I am in the 2013 offseason & Braun ended up having a good year. I was going to trade him for Profar, but I want pitching instead. I was thinking about trading him to the Rays for Price. I don't think Braun for Price would be fair according to the chart. I don't know who to package with Braun to get him. I could trade him for Hellickson instead plus other players. What do you guys think? Thanks.

Tampa is not a good fit for Braun for a few reasons.

Would Casper Wells + Joe Gardner be enough for Bobby Parnell from the Mets?

                Suggestions?

Spreadsheet calls for a high-C, and Wells + Gardner would be two mid-C's.

I changed it to a low B, and Wells doesn't really count as anything. I'm not familiar with the Rockies' system, at least who's potential is what.

                    Oops. My bad.

How about CF Tim Wheeler (mid-B)?

That's fair and they'd be interested in him but I know they live Parnell so I am not sure how you or I feel about realism on it.

Well, NY has been miserable in my 'chise, and Parnell hasn't been great. I like his live arm at the back end of the 'pen.

I would think that a team like the Mets would listen to any deal that included bringing in prospects to fill an area of weakness. Maybe I'm wrong. I don't know a whole lot about the Mets.

It's fair, not 100% realistic, for Parnell realistically you'd probably have to overpay.

What do you guys think Trevor Bauer's value would be with a 6.12 ERA, 8 HR, 28 BB, 60 SO in 60.1 IP? He's playing pretty horrendously.

Sorry, I should have been more specific.

I meant Wheeler in addition to another prospect or two. I figured I'd have to overpay.

That's my bad on that. Should have clarified.

Hey I have a tricky question. Lets say Boston is competive and Andrew Miller in their bullpen hasn't been pitching a ton, but his ERA is .49 with 31 strikeouts in 19 innings. Would there be any I could trade for him as the Twins and then how would I realisticly convert him back to being a starter because I've always loved his stuff.

I haven't done my Wainwright/Holliday for Profar/Ogando/prospect trade yet and I was thinking it over. Would it be possible to substitute Ogando for Feliz and just not get as much for prospects in return? I don't know what Feliz's stats were off the top of my head.
