Solo shot to right center by Adrian Belte off of Strasburg. Ended up being back to back shots as Murphy took him deep to left center on very next pick.

I can't make this up. I went to gamestop today and picked up my reserved PS3 copy and I purchased the Vita version as well. I just so happened to have my Vita with me, so I sat there in the parking lot and jumped into a quick exhibition game. I was the home team (GO BRAVES!) and started a game against the Astros. I turned them away 1-2-3 no problem. My turn at bat.. BJ Upton grounds out to 2nd. Then on the very first pitch I see with Jason Heyward, I knock it about 4 rows back in right center field. I promptly put my Vita on "sleep" and went back to work

First inning at Wrigley, Schierholtz hits a single into right center off of Wainwright followed by Rizzo who ripped a double down the right field line.

My first hit in the MLB ( Cardinals RTTS ) was in my first at bat, it was a 3 run jack to left field against the Pirates, it was sweet.

I remembered that if you push up on the right stick before the pitch you can try to influence a fly ball but I did it while holding R2 (which I didn't know is guess pitch because I never used guess pitch) and low and behold on the first pitch of the at-bat from Jered Weaver I went deep with BJ Upton.
