The AI doesn't seem to value 3B very well in drafts. I can always get Zimmer and/or Panda pretty late.

Yeah I get panda in the fifth. But I use him at catcher. I always grab Machado, Lawrie, and don't doubt Jordan Pacheco. He hit 300 last year. His plate vision and contact vs lefties are ridiculously high. Only problem is he is a B potential. But still not bad.

Dude Jordan Pacheo was 1 guy I thought I found endlessly searching stat sheets waiting for MLB 13 to drop. But they gave him the short end of the stick and they leave so many 3B possibilities.

In my franchise (60 games in played all but 3) I drafted Lawrie , Dyan Viciedo , Mike Moustakas , and Manny Machado. Moved Machado , traded lawrie and viciedo , traded to get Viciedo back.

I got three third baseman in my most recent one too, Headley, Middlebrooks and Machado... Moved Machado to 2B and Middlebrooks to 1B and I have Andrus at SS, beast of an infield...

In my serious fantasy team, I have him, Lawrie, and Viciedo. Lawrie plays second. He becomes like an 88 with him at second. Tomorrow night I'll post that team because i'm trying to remember how i'm working Lawrie Viciedo and Pacheco.

I didn't feel right playin him at second but it's def a possibility. Since I'll face 70% RH starters I play Moustakas instead. Lawries a little better at the dish and arm but Moustakas reacts quicker and I hit better with leftys. Viciedo hits every ball hard just usually at people right now.

My infield. Freddie , Espinosa , Machado , and Moustakas w/
Kipnis and Viciedo on bench. Espinosa 2nd in MVP voting.

Agreed, for those packages you could have aimed a bit higher, maybe not overall wise but you could have got guys younger and with higher ceilings that would do almost as good right now...
