1: Please please PLEASE let me be able to revert to the broadcasters again!

2: Off the field: Endorsements and contracts - make your contract $$$ mean something like skill points or something

      Re: MLB 14 Wishlist: RTTS

      1. Points for more actions performed in game (presented in game as the action occured). For things like great plays (diving, high range plays, outfield assists, etc), ANY HIT even if it is a weak one (Why should I not be rewarded if my speedy CF gets an infield hit or a bunt hit?), hits as pitchers. It makes playing games feel less important when you are not presented with any points for a lot of actions. There are points after the game for various actions and stats, but seeing the points on the fly would make playing games feel much more meaningful.

      2. Manually set attributes that change very little or don't change over a year. Keep limits on some attributes like hitting and pitching control. But for tools that most players have at the start of their careers like speed, arm strength, fastball velocity don't limit them and allow for more points to be placed in them. Some players have 90 speed right out of High School, some pitchers can touch 98 before their first single A game. They can still improve, but having them set initially and then not having goals to force them to be trained more would make RTTS a lot more realistic feeling.

        Re: MLB 14 Wishlist: RTTS

Ive been waiting awhile for you guys to do something like this, but how about a version of rtts where you play as an mlb player? Madden did this, and it would be so cool to pick up and play as someone like Carlos Beltran or something and play out the rest of his career, it also gives us a chance to dive right into the mlb the first season and play...

MLB 14 Wishlist: RTTS mode if you could have any feature, addition, tweak what would it be? Remember you can only choose two.

          1. Arizona fall league for the year the player gets drafted in June instead of starting in April at AA. I don't even care if it uses real teams and the players would be other generated players from the first year in season draft.

          2. I would rather a progression system where the player character doesn't progress/regress differently than everyone else as it hurts immersion. So if everyone else only progresses/regresses after the season, the human player is subject to the same limitations.

            1. Give me an option for commentary. I understand some people like the game sounds I however am not to fond of it, so a simple ON or OFF feature would be appreciated.

            2. I would like more off field interactions similar to 2K. Like when you get drafted or sign as a free agent you can do the press conference and you can put on the jersey etc. it would be cool for post game interviews and possibly a Twitter feed. I know a lot of this stuff is 2k related but I really enjoy the way they do it and if The Show incorporated this into the game I feel it would perfect the game mode.

                1. Off Field things (Like agents, interviews, endorsements, a fake twitter so you can see fan reactions as well as things other players might say, have more contract options [like no trade] have money mean something [eg. ex points, or have us be able to buy something, throw team functions do fundraiser {that can be done with experience points as well})

                2. Trade logic cuz the league starts to look totally different in a few seasons.

                  1. I really like the E Catcher Zoom view and the player watching the ball after it is hit. Tracking a fly ball in the outfield is awesome as well. Feels like I'm on the field. Great job!

I would like to see both aspects expanded to create a true, non-stop first person perspective. If possible, create a batting camera where the view tracks the ball from the pitcher's release point to the plate. On defense, don't place the camera behind my player, instead, show me what he would see.

                  2. Another cool option would be the ability to continue an existing player's career. How awesome would it be to finish out Bryce Harper's, Mike Trout's, or Stephen Strasburg's career? Sweet!

Simply amazing job this year Ramone...thanx!

                    1. Abillity to choose between the traditional RTTS broadcast presentation, and the new, less audio presentation.

2.) Greater emphasis on off the field interactions.

1: CPU uses player correctly. 18-22 y/o shouldnt be on the MLB bench. Either playing everday in MLB or minors

2: Option to hear broadcast team. I understand what you tried to do with sounds but its really boring to listen to lol

1: Separating attibutes into "skills" and "tools". Having things like Speed, Arm Strength, BR Aggression, pitch velocity, ect. under the tools section, these are static and start to decline as you age. Then put the other attributes into "Skills" like Cont, Power, Discipline, Reaction Time, ect., these level as you play and you can also train them with points.

2: Free contract mode, where you control your contract ablities completely, I want to join the Reds and the leave the Red Sox, I want to cut my salary so my team can sign a big free agent, ect., all these should be under your control.

                          1. An expanded Rtts mode that allows us to play as a mlb player instead of just created players.

                          2. Some more information about how our player performs/advanced stats (charts, percentages, numbers, etc). ie, advanced stat like number of pitches seen per AB, type of pitches hit for home runs, type of pitches struck out on, etc... I know we already get some of this in the player performance evaluator, but I'd like to see something more in depth where we could look at the numbers.

                            1. Something similar to NCAA Football's Road to Glory, where you start off playing for your high school team and gain recognition as you play better and your team advances further into the playoffs would be amazing. It could make use of some generic high school fields to play on, as well as allow you to customize your uniforms and logos (possibly make use of the Diamond Dynasty creation engine?). This would also open up the ability for players to actually have a hometown/home state, which could be implemented into the draft logic so that your local franchise may be more likely to draft you.

                            2. As others have said, earning endorsements would be awesome. It doesn't even have to be real companies like Nike or Rawlings (licensing can be a pain, I know), but earning additional income and equipment from endorsement deals with made up companies would be awesome and add a lot of depth to RTTS.

                              1. I think there should be some sort of Game Face player creator. I'd love to have my face in the game. It takes a lot of time just customizing my player and he hardly comes out looking like me at all

                              2. More accessory options. Maybe even real brands. Expanding on the Nike pro combat thing. Maybe get Adidas and under armor and top baseball companies into the game. Nothing would be cooler than choosing Louisville slugger or marucci bats. Wilson or Rawlings gloves. Evoshield products. Stuff like that

                                1. No Trade Clauses.

Or at least some option that allows you to stick with one team through-out your career. Even an option to turn off trades altogether would be better than nothing. Satisfies both the people who like the trades and those who want to stick with one team.

This would really be awesome. It was something I was really hoping would make it into MLB 13.
