RF Jay Bruce His swing works for me. Plus going back to MLB 11. Doing franchises off and on he usually homers in his first ab lol
I play MLB exclusively with my cousin. Usually looking for info on Franchises. We played minor league baseball as 9-10 YOs on the Zephyrs.

My top 3 in my Jays Franchise (all star hitting) Rayes (single or double almost always) rayes then steals second, Bonofacio (SP?) bunts him to 3rd (and with his speed some times a base hit) then Jose Fly ball for a early run (or a hr as i am about a month from the all star break and hes at like 32 hrs i would say i hit about 15 in the first inning) Then Encarnation (sp) comes up and has 26 hr and well if jose only gets the sac lot of times he hits them in :P loving the jays line up in the game *(if only they were playing better irl)

I usually try to get Brett Gardner if possible, he pretty much does everything apart from get you 30 HRs but he's just as valuable with his great speed, above average defence and pretty much nailed on .300 batting average.

Carlos Villanueva is a guy who I usually find myself trying to get. A solid pitcher who's only in his late 20s.

I used to get Wakefield for the bullpen every time but now he's retired I might have to go for a different knuckler!

Others over the last few years: Ryan Spilborghs, Chris Coste, Micah Owings, Chase Utley, plus I love Adam Greenberg's story and it feels good to sign him and give him some playing time.
Supporting Leeds United, Colorado Rockies, Detroit Lions and the Colorado Avalanche!

Now Playing FIFA, UFC 4, PGA Tour 2k23, WWE, MLB The Show and Dirt Rally 2.0

Pedro Alvarez and Adam LaRoche. I won't trade for LaRoche, but I used to hit bombs with him when I did a Nats franchise in '11.

The guys I love pitching with are James Shields and Brandon McCarthy. For batters, I usually acquire Asdrubal Cabrera, Brandon Belt, or the Panda. Honestly, I always trade for some player on the Giants. Not a fan, but love their players.

The last couple of years, it's been Wilin Rosario. Ridiculous power, strong arm, and better than average defense in the game.

Also, even though I hated to see him IRL, I love having The Beard in my 'pen.

Mike Aviles always seems to get the late game RBI double I need against lefties.

Josh Reddick, get him in almost every fantasy draft I do, just mashes HR's everywhere... Picked up Gerado Parra in my Texas franchise earlier today and he's got like .300/.380/.450 line with 3 HR's and 35 RBI's at the allstar break, so I'll definately be targeting him in any future franchises...

Pretty much the Jays complete lineup for me.. it's like the GM (Alex Anthopoulos) tailore-made it for the Show, to the detriment of real life performances

But besides that, Mr. Trumbo, or Mr Clutch for me and I also like Jon Jay.
Pitching-wise I'd have to go with Chapman as some said, just too fun to close a game out in style.

Experimented on another save with Bryce Harper, goes without saying he's a formidable asset. Shame he'd cost any club almost too much to bring over.

and there are not very good IRL and in the game...it makes it easy for me to get them all the time.

I always bat 300 with 380 OBP with Brett Wallace. He's an A due to "Stiock is Rising" now in my Chise. He and Singleton have me contending in year 3

The only left handed guy I need in my bullpen. That curve does wonders.
