Just had a 24 inning game as the Pirates @ the Dodgers.
(Hall of Fame & Analog for pitching and hitting for anyone wondering)

it was tied 2-2 forever, then in around the 15th or 16th inning i scored one and they answered in the bottom half making it 3-3. top of the 24th i crack it open and put up 3. In the bottom Adrien Gonzalez dings a 2 run shot.. 2 hits later, the score is 6-5, runners on the corners, one out, Matt Kemp at the plate and...he grounds into a double play.

Incredibly fun game. Mark Ellis went 0-11 (ouch). The 4th to 6th place record for longest game in real life are all 24 innings so this game would be in there somewhere. Night game at Dodger Stadium starting at 10pmE, probably last around 6-8 hours ending at 4am-6am (if they let it go that long). lol

What's the longest game / most innings you guys have ever played? Any crazy moments like walk offs, diving catches, etc.?

Fantastic game southpaw! Could you take a snapshot of your boxscore and post it here. I love to look at the boxscore, gamelogs of long extra innings, no hitters, perfect games or any other significant accomplishments.

Can't remember my longest but so far in my pirates franchise just had back to back extra innings. Alvarez walk off home run in the 11th in the first and Gaby Sanchez walk off RBI single in the 13th. Both games against the Nationals

Was the game like the Oakland one? Did the fans leave or was it just pretty much the same throughout the game?

The stands were pretty full the whole game and I know this for sure because I remember thinking about it after the 20th inning. I was like "..It's got to be like 3am right now in LA yet everyone couldn't care less about getting up for their job tomorrow..". I can't remember if it was on the weekend or not

I had something like a 22-inning game last year. Thankfully I won. I had to stop at a couple points and do other stuff just to calm my nerves. The day before was a 1-0 loss in extra innings (12 or 14, can't remember), and then that game was 1-0 until a 9th inning explosion by both teams made it 6-6, where it stayed until I won it 7-6. Thankfully the next day was an off day, cause I was burning though my starters by the end of that one.

And as was mentioned, I can confirm that the stadium never empties out for long games (although it does for blowouts so theoretically this should be easy to code in.)
