Cespedes has been in Oakland for over a year and still no photo for him. Not sure how it all works

I'm thoroughly confused after getting on today.

I downloaded the newest roster update and then loaded it. Went and checked the roster in Lineups, and no new faces were portraits, just cyberfaces.

So, then I downloaded the Live Roster (in the same menu as save/load/delete etc...) and checked the rosters in Lineups... and VOILA! Portraits for at least the first group of guys that were added this year (some of the more recent ones are still cyberfaces, but may not be updated yet anyway).

But... I go open my franchise, and still cyberfaces there.

Now, I'm confused. I thought the roster update that shows up when you start the game was the same as the Live roster. Is it? Am I missing something?

I'm glad I'm not the only one having these problems. I can't believe there are only a few people experiencing this though.
