Palmball is in the game lol, but it is identical to the straight change.

No, D-finn is correct. Palmball WAS in the game. They took it out this year without mentioning it.

Sucks--particularly if you play any kind of historical dynasty OR care at all about the game's history.

Totally agree with the adding more pitches idea! Also would love to see the ability to create 2 pitch pitchers (MLB history is filled with those).

Also, wish they would also allow us to add multiple variations of the same pitches. I know you can vary pitch speed within a certain range (CLASSIC: varying intensity of button push or ANALOG: r1 speed) but many pitchers throw the same pitch at vastly different speeds.

Hall Of Famers Tom Seaver and Jim Palmer immediately spring to mind on utilizing multiple 4-seam fastballs at multiple speeds. They threw these along with their off speed pitches.
