Re: 2014 SoundTrack WishList
Im not a big rap fan or "gangsta rap" fan but I have dr dre, snoop on my playlist. I have a lot of other stuff too, and most of what i have in that collection is because I downloaded the songs from the sounds of the show thread...so I have some country too, which I dont listen to oftenComment

Re: 2014 SoundTrack WishList
I don't think they would put old songs on the game (unless they did "Enter Sandman" as a tribute to Mariano) so I would pick these since they would fit in the game. Mind Your Matters by Pearl Jam, Stone by Alice in Chains, and Take Out the Gunman by ChevelleLast edited by JohnnyP1119; 02-20-2014, 11:29 AM.Comment

Re: 2014 SoundTrack WishList
Any time anyone starts talking baseball game soundtracks I always go back to Front Page Sports Baseball '96 and "Talkin' Baseball" by Terry Cashman.
I know it doesn't fit in with current soundtracks and I shouldn't expect to see it in a game ever again, but it just always feels right when in a menu of a baseball video game.
Or it could just be nostalga. :wink:Comment

Re: 2014 SoundTrack WishList
Vita should add Sounds of the Show in order of having custom soundtrack & Walk Up music similar to PS 3. Here are list of songs to be considered for MLB 14 the Show.

American Authors - Hit It
Drake - Further Thing
Jose Gonzalez - Step Out
Katy Perry - Roar
Macklemore & Ryan Lewis - My Oh My
New Politics - Harlem
Shinedown - Adrenaline

Stellar Revival - The Crazy Ones
The Used - Shine
Van Halen - Jump
Young the Giant - It's About TimeComment

Re: 2014 SoundTrack WishList
Do sports games have to pay to use music in it? If so, they should just put a few songs at most and that's it(or do what EA did with Madden and have a music score of their own). MLB has custom soundtrack feature available anyways, so there really isn't much need for them to have much of a soundtrack anyways. Save their money on the soundtrack and use it elsewhere. I don't get why more games don't have custom soundtracks available for the menu. Next to MLB and NHL, I don't believe any other sports game has this feature, which seems real strange because custom music in video games has been around for several years.
MVP 2005 soundtrack is my fave soundtrack of any sports game. My entire MLB The Show soundtrack consists of nothing but songs from past baseball games. MVP Baseball 2005 songs I like take up probably a quarter of the soundtrack.Last edited by Majingir; 03-01-2014, 02:14 PM.Comment
