My understanding is that there are licensing issues with Ebbets Field, but I don't see why you couldn't make a reasonable facsimilie.

I'd also like them to create fictional throwback MLB stadiums. That have interesting dimensions and quirks, I know we get some of that in the Minor League and Spring Training stadiums but they're not quite on the same scale.

Be fun to be able to choose your surface too I would think ... could give Riverfront and Astrodome a new look/feel if you could play on grass. No?

The original version of The Vet, with Phil and Phyllis with the cannon, The Bull Ring, those two huge scoreboards and of course The Dancing Waters. .50 general admission, plus good baseball(late 70's early 80's) nothing like it.

I would love to play with the Braves at Fulton-County Stadium. Put on some Tomahawk Chop sounds and it would take me back.

National League Park, or as it was more commonly known, Baker Bowl
or "the Cigar Box". Home of the Phillies until 1938, it's right field wall put
Fenway's Green Monster to shame. Only 280 feet from home plate, it stood
60 feet high compared to Boston's 37 foot high wall.
The Baker Bowl literally screams video game baseball.

I know the stadium was terrbile for baseball, but I would love to be able to play games at old Cleveland Stadium. Spent many a days in the summer there watching the Indians play. I'm not 100% sold on why you can't legally recreate a stadium that is no longer around?

Because the rights to the image can still belong to another person, group, or team. For example, the rights to the cursive "W" from the Washington Senators belonged to the Texas Rangers for years even though they left years ago. The Nationals finally got Hicks to sell them the rights. Another example is the Hartford Whalers logo being retained by the City of Hartford after the original team left for Charlotte. Just because something isnt there anymore doesn't mean that somebody or something doesn't own the rights to the likeness.

I would love to see as many as the "classic" stadiums as possible, however my favorite ballpark of all is Comiskey Park. Other great parks are Tiger Stadium, Ebbets Field, Polo Grounds and many others. It would also be nice to see the more modern "correct" Forbes Field. Classic baseball parks really add much enjoyment to me. History means more in baseball than other sports. I'm old enough to remember these parks and attended many games at several of these parks.

Pic was hard to look at in Houston. I was one of the lucky few who went to the last game there and I actually purchased seats from the stadium. I got to see inside it 2 years ago and its a trash dump. Houston should have tore this down years ago
