I am thinking about making a speed / power hitting 2nd baseman which I never done before so it should be interesting. I can't wait till I can play me some 14 on the PS4.

2nd baseman as usual to start, big glove other two sliders I'll keep in the middle.

Knuckleballer, about 60-62, curveball that goes about 80 and a fastball about 86-88.

Shortstop. More power hitting with speed to swipe some bags. Might do multiple different ones though since we will be able to carry over RTTS players to future versions of the game.

I'm a natural lefty, but there are only so many positions you can be with a left handed fielder. So I think I'm going to be a speedy 2b who can play good defense and a solid contact hitter.

This will be my first version of The Show (I've been an Xbox guy since '05 and been yearning for a good baseball game since), so I don't know how well I'll adjust to the hitting, etc. So as long as I can at least offer some skills on the basepaths and in the field, I'll redeem myself if I suck at the plate.

And obviously I'm going to make my guy a right hander in the fielder, lefty at the plate.

I hadn't thought about that, but that's actually a really really good idea. I may have to go that route as well.

Or even without generated pitch counts with the ability to transfer saves to the next edition I may not mind the time put in to catching. I had always just written it off, but now I'm actually excited to give that a shot.
