Our lead graphics programmer just cracked the code on our PS4 lighting engine about an hour ago. When I show you again it's going to look better. I might even do a comparison of the two.


Can't wait to show you guys this man now I have to re-take all the screen shots I took already for Thursday.

You guys at SCEA got to get a clue....you crack the code this year then what are you going to tout for enhancements for The Show 15 & 16? Did you not learn anything from EA ?...

If you still have copies of MLB 12 and 13 check both out and tell me 13 looks better than 12. I don't think it does and 13 moves strangely. I'm ready to be floored by NG baseball but splitting the team up and holding back NG options since CG can't handle it seems counter productive to me.

With all that extra memory I don't think it's unreasonable to expect the new console to have features which were impossible to include on the old console. What do you expect?

1. MLB '14 news. (Will probably make a video about it once I get the news for my YouTube channel)

With all that extra memory I don't think it's unreasonable to expect the new console to have features which were impossible to include on the old console. What do you expect?

It would be a pleasant and unexpected surprise if to find out tomorrow the single A roster on ps4 now has 25 players AND is playable. But I do not expect that to be the case

I mostly play exhibition games many different rosters. The only things I care about initially for NG are vastly improved graphics and lighting. vastly improved player animations and movements. I would like to see an end to the jerky movements by players in the field. Improved pitching and hitting animations stuff like that. If they can't do that I will gladly stick with 11-13 on the PS3.

While the game developers have done a great job the past few years on the game there are a few things that slipped through that should have been picked up by game testers. If they were there because of the limitations of the game engine on the 3 then they should be fixed. If they can't then as pretty as the lighting and players models are I'll wait until they get some improvements into the NG title before I buy.

Yes USA by Slovakia at 730 et and Canada vs Norway 12 et gonna stream Em both at work so between that and the show news will be a productive day

Yes but not this year, they need to get the game running on a new system and engine feature complete year 1. Software development of this scope it not easy.
