Considering that he actually comes on these boards and answers questions and explains the ins and outs of SCEA's game, yeah, I think he actually cares. We need to remember that the devs posting here is a great privilege, they are not here to be punching bags.

Seriously this. Woodweaver might be a dev but he doesn't own the forums. He's only respecting the rules just like everyone else. If you are waiting for him to hijack the thread and turn it into a symposium on cloth physics, you'll be waiting a long time.

What did I start with this whole cloth physics crap????? HAHA All I meant by cloth was the jersey material, not actually denoting it was "cloth" where it moved very freely. Maybe it was the wrong word, but seriously, people take things too far in these threads. All I meant by "cloth physics" was how the jerseys should appropriately interact with the environment and the player they're on for the sport being represented. Because baseball jerseys act differently than soccer jerseys which act differently than basketball jerseys and so on and so forth. THAT'S IT! Nothing more. Back to topic.

I can't believe people are actually arguing over sleeves on a jersey. It's completely petty. What's next? Something not quite right with the chalk lines? A player missing an eyelash?

This forum is like kindergarten this time of year. Calling out devs (who come here on their own time) and complaining about each and every little thing is very childish. This is the most realistic baseball game there is, but it will never be 100% realistic to your liking. It is a video game after all. If you want 100% realism than watch a game on TV and marvel at how perfect the jersey sleeves are.

This game is going to be amazing as usual regardless of what little things are or are not implemented.

It's turning into the Madden forums where it's becoming just a nonstop negativity hate thread. The sense of entitlement is ridiculous. "my team doesn't have this, The coke bottle in San Fran is on a 45 degree angle when it should be a 38 degree, I want that, this new mode seems dumb because I won't use it..
There is nothing constructive just complaining about this and that. Saying things like, IMO the sleeves look atrocious." That's just plain disrespectful. You know the devs come on her because they care about the game and to throw around comments like that is disgusting. You could just say you're not a fan of them and leave it at that.
Anyways I love the quick counts and player locks. Going to be really popular with the The Show community. Can't wait for the next dev blog!

I'm sure people will complain about this too but I'm only going to say this one time. The only thing worse than reading about people complaining about the game, is people complaining about the complaining. Stop being so sensitive and taking things so personal.
