I don't think it has anything to do with auto save because there the first thing I turn off when I get the game and it still happened to me. Like Knight (the great Mets manager/player) said, I think it has to do with disconnecting from the net so the game isn't trying to connect to PSN after your game. That has worked for me so far. Knight I'll file a bug report.

Re: MLB 14 The Show Impressions From the Community (PS Vita)
Ok good, cause not warming up pitchers doesn't solve it either. Just played another game into the 8th and finished batting, took me to bullpen and said "you have a position player on the mound" had no pitchers warming up, and the game shut down. I've had this happen in 5 of the last 10 games I've played. Frustrating but really hoping they do a vita patch cause I love the game and are thankful they make a game for itComment

Re: MLB 14 The Show Impressions From the Community (PS Vita)
If anyone else is having the game shut down when you get the "you have a position player on the mound" screen can you fill out a bug report? I tried signing in to do the report and it wouldn't let me. Also I scrolled through all the previously filed bugs and didn't see it listed. Worried they won't fix this on the vita cause I can't get through games nowComment

Enjoying the game as always. I am struggling this year with my timing. I find myself late on almost everything regardless of pitch or pitch speed. Anyone else finding this to true this year. Frustrating!Comment

Had that problem in '12. Badly. Not the case for me this year at all.Originally posted by Anthony BourdainThe celebrity chef culture is a remarkable and admittedly annoying phenomenon. I have that problem at the beginning of each new year as well, I give myself an adjustment period and then I just mess with the pitch speed slider, after a bunch of practice games I usually find my comfort zone before too long, good luck I know it can be really frustratingYankees

Weird. I did fine with 13. Won 100 games as the Angels (batting only). Late on EVERYTHING so far in 14. Will keep at it as always.Comment

Re: MLB 14 The Show Impressions From the Community (PS Vita)
After about 15 games with the same exact sliders and from last year, I've found the cpu not doing much hitting at all, and nothing for power. Same goes for me. All games have been real low scoring. Not many strikeouts, lots of balls in play, real good contact, but not getting the same results as last year. I suppose thats ok, but just finding it a little odd.Comment

Re: MLB 14 The Show Impressions From the Community (PS Vita)
Is anyone else having crash issues? I was playing the craziest game of my life (down 16-14 in the bottom of the 15th, 2 on and no outs) when it crashed and kicked me out to the Vita's home screen. So frustrating because it was the second time I'd restarted that game. Is there anything that can be done do minimize this?Comment

I had this issue a few years back with the PS3 version and for some reason the same game on the schedule kept crashing after too many attempts I just simulated it and kept going on with no other issues, chalked it up as a glitch in the matrix. Maybe thats your current issueYankees
