After spending about 20 minutes going through all of the stances and freezing all 4 of his AB's in his debut, I think Jeter's stance in the game is the closest.
He starts his bat down his back (ala Dunn) for a split second....
but for the whole rest of the time, he's got a busy bat overhead, AND he's got that 'nervous/jumpy' front foot...top tapping thingy going on.
