Re: BATTING STANCE/PITCHING DELIVERY THREAD
Hey Carew, I was looking for pitching motions for Johan Santana before(and before I knew of his extracurricular activites but that's not Show relevant), and I just wanted to run Rick Porcello by you, as I thought that was actually pretty decent. I had been using Liriano but I don't know if I particularly love that so I tried finding another and Porcello looked good in the editor.Comment

@ Sergio
you know....to me, his delivery looks fine...I've always used it...
hardly none of the signature stances are 100% accurate. But with that said, Santana's is aboust as close to the real thing that we're gonna see...

DREW STOREN-RP
Drew Storen-Galarraga
Jered Weaver's would be almost perfect, but his delivery is a lot faster than Storen's. Danks' and Pelfrey's I looked at too, but are faster. Galarraga's is the slowest.
Also, his batting stance is Gen 77
He wears batting sloves, an elbow pad and a dual batting helmetFor 2017...

JOSH BELL; 3B (Orioles)
Josh Bell-Posada*
* remember, for switch-hitters I always go with the guy's stance from the left hand side...for obvious reasons....For 2017...

Re: BATTING STANCE/PITCHING DELIVERY THREAD
Does anyone have stances for Cory Aldridge and Paul McAnulty of the Angels? Thanks.
I know that Gen 17 is suggested for Drew Stubbs but does anyone have another suggestion?Last edited by R3BeL; 07-05-2010, 01:12 AM.CP: MLB The Show 11; BLOPS; UC 2.

Re: BATTING STANCE/PITCHING DELIVERY THREAD
For Aldridge...nothing...man....the guy last appeared in the majors in 2001!
so...unless someone has some clear stuff from the minors, I'll leave him with Andrew McCutchen's stance LOL
For McAnulty....
Generic 3 his the right crouch angle, bat angle...but the bat is NOT still and resting on his shoulders as it should be
Byrd's is a little more upright, the bat touches his shoulders; albeit in an up and down motion, and the knee bend is not correct....
I'm going with Generic 3...
Ironically...I THINK Figgin's stance from '09 was damn near exact...
