        @ Foo

There won't be any reply along the lines you may be expecting...

I will say that Longoria HAS changed his stance relative to when he was called up a year ago. Back then, his bat was on his shoulder...I noticed last night and today that not only is his stance hardly open, (seems he closed it slightly from May '08) but his bat is NOT on the shoulder at all...it's low, but NOT on the shoulder...

With that said, there's not one in this game that incorporates ALL of his stance components...I haven't seen it.

Anywho...I keep telling some you guys that you REALLY don't know me...

I've been doing this longer than most and I know my ****...but I am now resigned to NOT going crazy changing guys' stances and deliveries each and every time they make changes...it's too time consuming.

        Later....

Pitt's Andy LaRoche has changed his stance like 6 times already this year...

Seriously, though Carew - you definately don't get as much respect as you deserve. I've been trying to fill out all of the generic stances in my roster and I've been hunting this forum in-and-out for some of your CAPs or suggested stances for players...yes, it is very tiring all around.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

When it comes to Longoria, I don't care that his stance is SLIGHTLY open. Because it's so subtle, some at bats it isn't even open at all. You want the stances that best represent Longoria's, there's Beltran and Votto's. Melky Cabrera's looks kind of okay too. None of them are open stances, but unless you're a serious detail freak, it shouldn't matter. You're not going to find an exact open stance for him, I don't know where you're getting Russell Branyan from, that stance looks terrible for Longoria. So just go with the ones that aren't opened, they much better represent Evan's stance.

All of it is besides the point, if SCEA didn't incredibly butcher his stance (I have no clue where they got that hidden stance from) we wouldn't need to be doing this. Really, his stance couldn't possibly be that hard to animate, it's so simple.
