As for whoever requested Markakis, the one in-game is really pretty accurate.

I think Weeks needs one, and if someone could find another alternate for Ryan Howard, that'd be nice. You'd think he'd get a motion capture or something, seeing as he's on the cover and all. 2ksports has his stance down perfect.
Weeks - Renteria is the closest..theres a few others that aren't bad
Markakis - his is good..I think Borchards is a lil better..either one works
Howard - from the behind the pitcher cam, his given stance isn't as awful as it was at first glance. People have been using Hanley. I might play around with his stance tonight and see if I can get a better one.

These may be hard/impossible to find, but how about alternates for Carlos Pena and Julio Lugo?

For Pena, the one in-game isn't very far off, except in real life he crouches down a bit more as the pitch comes and seems more fluid than he is in the game.

For Lugo, in real life he taps his foot and moves his bat behind his head, and is also crouched down a little more. In the game, he is standing up straight in a similar stance to Teixeira.

I'll totally understand if you can't find a better ones, but it seems like we're out of a lot of requests.

        Really appreciate it.

Also, if I could suggest a few more myself:
Mike Lowell: switch to Bobby Crosby
Placido Polanco: switch to Aaron Miles

I used Miggy Cabrera fro Carlos Pena. None of them are really good. He's way too upright in his given one. Ill check out Lugo tonight. The other ones are pretty good suggestions

I have looked through all the delieveries and I can't decide which to use for Daniel Cabrera of the O's, so if someone could suggest one I'd appreciate it. Also, these guys too if possible. Thanks!

            Daniel Cabrera (BAL)
Colt Morton (SD - requested him once but still need his stance =])

                Re: BATTING STANCE/PITCHING DELIVERY THREAD

I don't know if there is a better stance for Ryan Howard. He pretty much sits in the batters box. I wish they had his follow through. It would be cool if they had Chase's follow through too, he cuts his swing off 90% of the time.

Also why is Howard so skinny....SCEA must really believe he is eating Subway every day.

Same with Charlie Manuel....when he walked out of the dugout the first time, i was wondering who the skinny old guy was.

Brett Myers needs his delivery changed. It's not correct because he brings his glove over his head...and it just looks ugly. From the pitcher view it looks like the ball is coming out of his shoulder or something....just nasty.

I changed him to Benson, not perfect, but it'll do for me.

EDIT - Yovani Gallardo's delivery is even better...pre-pitch myers has his glove near his face but other than that it's purdy damn close.

strut, you frickin' rule dude. I really appreciate the edits you've been giving us. Thanks alot man!

Thanks for that Myers edit, mac. He does have an overhead delievery. I'll go with Gallardo, because I don't like Benson's lol. Thanks man!

The one I use for Howard is Ensberg. It's the closest thing to him.

I don't know if this list has already been compiled, but here's a list of all the players with hidden stances/deliveries. I did not check for pitcher's batting stances.

how does Fukudome have his own stance if he's not even in the game? I was just about to post my Word file when you posted this. Im gonna cross check a few things before posting it, however, there are a few guys on my list who are on th e hidden stance list. Some of them still need to be changed, ie. Ryan Brauns stance, which is hidden, is still no where near like his real stance. Theres a few others but on the Word file for a few of them I notated that they had a hidden one that needed to be changed.

They hid it in Tom Jung.

The deliveries for the fake replacements of the Japanese players like Fukumori are all the same. So it doesn't matter whether or not they get changed, they are wrong anyways. They are like 'generic Japanese windups'. I think this also goes for Fukudome and Iwamura though I don't know why they had to put a 'generic Japanese stance' for Iwamura.
