Is Phelps anywhere in the system still?

This is all I could find on him... "3/9/09 Reassigned RHPs Ramon Ortiz and Ronald Ray, C Todd Jennings and IF Josh Phelps to Minor League camp. Optioned LHP Pat Misch to Triple-A Fresno."

Don't know where he is now, though. He hasn't played for either the Grizzlies or the Defenders yet this season. I'd say just leave him in AA on the bench, as you have it.

I'll have some more notes on the Giants that I'll PM you tomorrow morning. Thanks for all the hard work, Knight. These rosters are seriously amazing. The faces alone are phenomenal.

On the latest release there's is a guy in the Phillies bullpen named "P C". Who is that supposed to be or is this just a place holder until you do the final edit? And are you going to put Miguel Cairo on the Phillies MLB roster on the final edit too? I'm sure you're gonna do this stuff just asking. You should probably see a neurologist after this whole ordeal because you must have massive migraines after staring at the tv screen this whole time.

On the latest release there's is a guy in the Phillies bullpen named "P C". Who is that supposed to be or is this just a place holder until you do the final edit? Knight changes "editable players" names to initials, so that he remembers who he has edited and who he still has available for editing.

There shouldn't be any "inital" guys when the final roster comes out, but maybe PM him to let him know just to make sure he gets rid of the guy.

Knight has asked for people to PM him suggestions so he doesn't forget to make them (aka, so he doesn't have to constantly puruse this thread).

Hey Knight and Co I found these scouting reports. Check them out, there is a lot of useful info for the pitching edits. Hopefully they can help you guys tweak the final rosters if needed......

So in the latest version that Kinght uploaded EarlyV4, what teams are not done in that one? Sorry if this has been answered but it is really hard to keep up with every post in this long thread.

I use WinZip....try that.
Also....unzip the file right to the flash drive.


This release....teams left to be done...

Brewers?Cardinals(hopefully tonight...at least the Brewers and partial Cards tonight)/Astros/D-Backs/Rox and Padres are left to be done.

I found out about Phelps....DL....probably done for the season. I'll have to replace him.

hey knight i was playing vs the yankees last night and they pinch ran for texira with gardner...when the yanks to the field they put molina at first and that is not right...specially when they still had swisher on the bench

worst of all was molina made 2 diving stops on hard liners.

also for the mets..castillo bats 8th and murphy 2...you have them flipped....thats about it for both ny teams...good job

Okay....I didn't change Molina...maybe I'll just take away 1B as his secondary. They have more than enough options at 1B before they get to him anyway.
On this note...one of the suggestions I made to SCEA was a second set of fielding attributes(and making the current ones more "drastic" on either end of the spectrum) for secondary positions....just for such a reason as you stated.

The Mets...yes...my team also...and just like the shoemaker....his kids have holes in their shoes...my boys have been "neglected" by me a little. I'll fix that for certain.

Sorry to see my Padres will be dead last on the update list.

But...I suppose I should get used to it because that's where they'll be once guys figure out their bullpen!

Thanks for the efforts, Knight! Can't wait for next week! DYNASTY time!

On another note...I'm playing RTTS with the original rosters, and the year is 2017. It's pathetic to be playing alongside tons of no-names! However, I did notice last year that it was MUCH tougher to crack the big league club with your rosters because of all the talent you put into the minors!!
