Re: Ridins Rosters
I am going to make a list of the teams that I saved a franchise with and the ones that I know I did not.
I am on my IPhone at work so I might not get all of the teams right but I will be very close.
Teams I am sure I made a save file for:
1. Atlanta
2. Marlins
3. Nats
1. Cubs
2. Pitt
3. Reds
4. Brewers
1. D'Backs
2. Dodgers
3. Giants
1. O's
2. Yankees
1. Tribe
2. Tigers
1. A's
2. Rangers
Maybe one more that I can not remember
Now teams I did not
1. Mets (sorry I know people but I can not stand them)
2. Phill's (nope, too good in the game)
1. Astros (how cares)
1. Rox (see Stros)
2. Friars (nope, kinda of forgot)
1. Red Sox (sorry, sorry, sorry)
2. Jays (NO)
3. Rays (I wish I would have)
1. White Sox (I hate Ozzie)
2. Twins (See Stros)
1. M's (have never followed much)
2. Angels (forgot, sorry)
Now if anyone else started a franchise with a team that I did not list and would like to contribute to getting every team accounted for that would be excellent. Please post in here if you have a save file with one of the teams that I do not and have not started your regular season yet.
Finally, I am 99.9% sure this will work.Comment

Re: Ridins Rosters
Hey all,
I'm a Noob to all this online roster updates and have done some homework on the other threads here to try and not duplicate anything...can someone help answer these questions:
1. How does sendspace work?
2. If we missed the cut for the glitch, what's the best alternate? Is it getting the franchise with one of footballs teams?
3. How do I upload ridin's rosters and footballs franchise (trying to get the LA Dodgers)
Thanks all!Comment

Re: Ridins Rosters
Ok, here is how this is going to work.
1. Everyone that has a franchise that the have not played any games with in the regular season needs to get that file emailed to Ridin.
A. Here is how you do this: You need to send Ridin a Private Message on here that includes your email address and what team you have a franchise for.
B. All you need to do to make this entire thing happen is to have a flash drive.
1. If you flash drive does not already have a PS3 folder on it then you will need to make one.
2.After doing so it is very simple to download your saved frachise to that Flash Drive.
3. Insert the Flash Drive into one of the ports on the front of the PS3.
4. In the startup screen (I can not think of the name currently) locate the column that has you saved files on it.
5. Locate your saved franchise then click the Trinagle to copy.
6. You will copy in the the Flash Drive location. And it is now ready to be zipped and email.
Jim or Knight one wrote some very good instructions on how to handle the transfer from here, but if you can not get it to work just email Ridin or myself and we will help you.
2. We need to set a deadline on Wednesday evening as to when you need to have your file to Ridin.
I hope everyone understands what we are trying to do. If you have any questions just ask.Comment

Re: Ridins Rosters
If I can get the A's and Padres files, this would be great.

Re: Ridins Rosters
I loaded Ridins Rosters (the one based on 4-13) after connecting on Sports Connect and it shows A-rod at 500 something homeruns still (and also after starting a franchise). Does that mean the work-around still works or am I missing something? I haven't had time to check anyone else's historical stats. If I don't go into SC and just load the roster, it shows A-rod at 0 HRs career.
Just wanted to let you guys know so you can check it out.Comment
