Well it's not completely perfect...the 40-man rosters aren't completely correct but it's pretty well identical to real life. All of the lineups are correct (except for Seattle - unable to get Branyan hitting 2nd and the teams mentioned above)...

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine. -

I'd love to have what you have updated. I wouldn't mind starting over with my Indians since I haven't made it too far and the real life team is totally different now (and terrible!).Comment

Re: Operation Sports Full Minors '09 - Discussion Thread
Okay...well I've got all of the lineups up to date w/all of the recent trades (sorry Knight...I also forgot to do the NL West when I sent you the file so I've finished them since :wink. Since it's his thread and his initial roster I'll await his approval and afterwards "release" it out of respect for the honorable Knight.

Re: Operation Sports Full Minors '09 - Discussion Thread
Thanks guys !One ques for Wake though. Are these rosters based off Knight's v5st rosters ? The ones with the stamina edits done to all the individual pitchers ? And if not, what would someone recommend, as far as slider adjustments , for starter and relievers stamina ?

Re: Operation Sports Full Minors '09 - Discussion Thread
Thanks a lot. I look forward to starting a new franchise this weekend when I get home from work. Between up to date rosters and Fight Night 4 I'm all set! If only the Indians could win a game in real life...Comment

This doesn't include the pitch edits but it does include some of Razr's pitch edits. I've also updated Strut's stances including some that were still listed as generic 1.Originally posted by Gibson88Anyone who asked for an ETA is not being Master of their Domain.

Re: Operation Sports Full Minors '09 - Discussion Thread
Some guys were asking for Drew Sutton.
I'm surprised I left him out of the Full Minors set in the first place!
DREW SUTTON
2B/SS(has played 3B and OF)
6'3" 185 lbs.
Bats:Switch
Throws:Right
Age:26(just turned)
RT CONTACT 38
LT CONTACT 39
RT POWER 18
LT POWER 20
BUNT 44
DRAG 14
VISION 56
DISC 32
CLUTCH 54
DURABILITY 80
SPEED 72
ARM STRENGTH 64
ARM ACC 51
REACTION 52
FLD ABILITY 60
BR ABILITY 60
BR AGG 30
Sutton is much better suited for 2B than SS....If you are using him primarily at SS......drop his range by 10
He has a strong arm..
He can hit....has some pop....will walk but strikes out a lot....the jump to the Bigs may be a bit much for him.
Hope this helps.

Re: Operation Sports Full Minors '09 - Discussion Thread
I posted my initial roster yesterday as I wasn't quite finished yet but the one below is updated according to each team's site as of 5am today...(meaning sleep is now pertinent)
It's corrected the lineups so whether you play in franchise/season mode with roster control on/off that it plays similar to real life...Also, all of the rotations and bullpens are current with each player's attributes having been changing accordingly.
Examples include changing Cincy's staff since they have the 3rd best ERA in the majors and decreasing LAA's since they have the 26th best - it's not extremely drastic but the stats between Cincy's Arthur Rhodes (1.95 ERA this year) and LAA's Jose Arredondo (5.55 ERA now in 3-A) should play out authentically.
To see the full effect, if you go to the exhibition set-up where it shows the team ratings this should give you an idea of how life-like it is. Again, it's not fully dramatic to where since Philly's Cole Hamels is having an off year that he has 0-ed stats or since Atlanta's Chipper is barely hitting .300 this year that he has 70-75 contact ratings.
The file is correct if Tommy Hanson is the 4th SP for Atlanta and Omar Infante is in RF for Atlanta.

Can someone please post this roster into the roster vault because after I download it and I go to extract the PS3 folder that it's supposed to have to my flash drive, I can't find a PS3 folder.Comment
