Hey Knight,

Great roster, as expected!

I noticed last year, that you left a spot or 2 for each team ( fake players with ratings really low, really obvious) for transaction moves, signing of F.A. trades, etc. I don't see that this year, every player real this year? I find myself searching on Wikipedia to see if players are real to make room for teams that sign Free Agents during the year.

Anyone update knights rosters so that injuries, suspensions, etc at the start of the year are not included and these guys are actually in the mlb lineups. i want to see arod, mauer, etc on the mlb team along with all the other guys who are only out the first month or so of the year.

Ditto on that. I'm starting to get a bit confused at which releases of these rosters are what? Version 1, 2, 3...etc.

Can anyone just break them down in one spot to explain what each will/will not have? Thanks!

I am in the middle of tweaking Knight's roster for my personal use. I know you guys will be releasing a future version with edits to relief pitcher stamina. But, I was going to do this myself now since I've put so much more work on my personal set. My question is what baseline you guys will be using for the stamina? Are you guys dropping stamina down to zero for all the Closers, Setup guys, and the middle relief pitchers? And how much on average are you leaving for the long relief pitchers?

And thanks for all the hard work on the rosters this year!

Someone had a list of guys. It wouldn't take too long to do it yourself. Search around, I know I read someone was doing it for himself, maybe he would share with you if you are too lazy :wink: to do it for yourself.

Yea, I agree with Delgado. These are the guys I edited cause I doubt they 'll play in any other position for the rest of their career.

I thought I knew my baseball. Was Ausmus ever a SS in the MLB? Don't remember that one if he was. Was it in the minors?

Yea Delgado will probably never be behind the plate again unless its some sort of emergency catching situation if they would even use him for that anyway now.

I had a teacher once who told me a story about a friend of his. His friend was also a teacher but his friend went insane. What happened was his students asked him the same question over and over and over and over, many different times and in different ways. The answer was posted everywhere and it was a real easy answer to the question to find but they would still ask the teacher repeatedly. He didn't mind however, and would always answer the question because he took pride that he was the person that everyone knew had the answer. Something strange happened though, every time the students asked the question and he would answer, the answer started to change a tiny little bit at a time.

For months this would go on and every time the answer would change just a little because the question was asked a little different or someone added a different situation. Eventually the answer had changed so much that it was no longer correct, it had completely changed, the question had been asked so much that it wasn't even noticed that the answer had become wrong. No one knew the answer was wrong because they all assumed it to be correct. Only one person knew it was incorrect, the teacher himself, when he figured out what happened he tried to convince everyone of this fact but no one believed him. He became isolated, trying to figure out what happened and how everything went wrong. Eventually he couldnt work anymore, he was so fixated on what had really happened and what the answer was that he lost touch with reality.

Thats some mighty fine sarcasm!!!! Anywho... I just played a game with the mets AAA team, Knight outstanding work my friend. I had my baseball prospectus in my lap, along with a recent copy of baseball weekly. You have really done an unbelievable job with these. No two stances alike, and the faces were excellent. (Fernando Martinez...woot) Strat-o-matic is dead to me. Thanks again Knight!!!!!

I love the rosters as well, great job. I'm patient enough to wait for the final version.....plus I don't really want to start a franchise til the patch comes out, in case it doesn't work for in-season franchises.

Great Work Knight & Co. a truely amazing job. I just wish I hadn't started a Franchise with the Bucs, there making me crazy Capp has blown two saves in 4 attempts, suffice it to say I'm frustrated but again what a job you guys have done

so knight andcompanty am I correct that the full roster with the stances/equipment and aa/aaa lineup fix/razr's pitching edits will be done on 4/20...then will that be the last one?

Hi Knight,

Awesome work on the rosters!

The only issue I still see with the Giants roster is that Jesus Guzman is still missing from AAA. I'd recommend changing Francisco Peguero on AA into Guzman, since Peguero will most likely never amount to anything.

Guzman should be a near-MLB ready hitter but a terrible fielder.

All rigt, I'm waiting for version 2 which I thought would be released on 4/20. On another thread though, I thought I heard Knight say he would start it Monday and have the file ready on Wednesday. Can anyone speak to this? I checked on the Roster Vault, but I didn't see the 2nd version.
