Oh and another thing you guys will like. Rod_Carew29 sent me his franchise file and gave me permission to go through that and use what I want from it in my pitch edits. So some pitchers will have complete overhauls because according to rod and some footage that I saw were wrong and others will be more accurate. Sinkerballers will also get a 2-seamer to go high with if they do go high in real life. You guys are going to like this. And for the guys that weren't going to use the pitch edit one I'd strongly suggest that you check this one out before you decide not to. It's going to be great.

Re: Operation Sports Full Minors '09 - Discussion Thread
I'm not sure if i should mention it here, I don't know if you already know about the players doesn't belong to teams or not in the minors levels that is. But I'm gonna list the Jays that I have noticed so far
RP - Mike Macdonald - Should be in Salt Lake, as a SP
RP - Rick Bauer - FA
1B - Chip Cannon - Was on Montgomery but got released so off to FA
3B - Andrew Pinckney - FA
LF - Ryan Patterson and Eric Nielsen - FA
CF - Aaron Matthews should be Mathews (with one T)
As well as some players, I'm not sure if they're still under the Jays as I can't seem to find them in the MILB site, so if they're still under the jays prospect, leave it as is
C- Hee Seop Min
1B - Jacob Butler
Just thought I'd help out, but if you already knew all that, ignore this messageComment

Knight, I was thinking you could swap Carlos Mendoza, who is on the triple-A roster as a backup third baseman, for Matt Cusick, who is primarily a second baseman. Please let me know if you need anymore information. Thanks again for all of your hard work on these rosters.

Knight, I've got something I've been wondering about awhile. A lot of the Reds top prospects seemed to get ratings of C and D potential. I can edit the attributes, but there's nothing I can do about editing potential. Is there some possibility you can make some changes in the prospects potential in the final roster set?Comment

Quick question Razr...
Are any of these going to have the stamina edits for pitchers (like maybe Knight's personal edits version)? Or are you going to release one with them?
If it's been asked and answered already, I apologize. I've been loosely following, but this thread (and the one before it) has been moving so fast...lol.Comment

As a former pitcher, we always used our 4 seamers to throw high fastballs due to 2 seam movement, and the greater accuracy of a 4 seamer (for most of us).Comment

Razr, or anyone that has played a lot with Razr's pitch edits. Will the CPU pitchers throw 2 seamers high often enough (when they "should")? I haven't played enough to say for sure, but that is one concern of mine.

What did the guys with 6-7 in of break on their 4 seamers do to go high?My latest project - Madden 12 http://www.operationsports.com/forum...post2043231648Comment

I haven't played enough to tell about the CPU but you can definatly go high with a 2 seam as a user. When I played the cpu did go high with 2 seams on me a few times. I'll let you judge how much is enough.

To answer your question, Dr, they throw it the same as a 4-seamer so they go up, down, inside, outside...no difference.Originally posted by Gibson88Anyone who asked for an ETA is not being Master of their Domain.
It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.Comment

Re: Operation Sports Full Minors '09 - Discussion Thread
Trying to hit now is a lot tougher as it's easier to hit a 4-seamer than a running FB or a 2-seamer. However, w/pitchers that primarily throw 2-seamers in real life - the only time they go high is to brush off a batter or if they want to be hit deep . Throwing it is still pretty simple, you just have to judge the break a bit different.

I'm glad that turned out well.My latest project - Madden 12 http://www.operationsports.com/forum...post2043231648Comment

Re: Operation Sports Full Minors '09 - Discussion Thread
Good. I added some fastballs that pitchers throw with various movement so that you'll have stuff to go everywhere with if they actually do in real life. This might make it even harder to hit because if you are expecting one type of fastball it may be another.
