I'll check...but right off the bat....if you've got Jeremy Hellickson with a generic...then something is wrong(although if you have all of those guys..it sounds like it's loaded correctly).....or if you do have the roster loaded correctly and you think that's a generic face...then I just suck....or you're too picky!...
Hellickson has a distinct color face (freckled) with reddish hair and huge red lips....

I was going to say something yesterday but didn't cause I figured I messed up. I downloaded your roster, v5, and did my call ups/send downs and started a franchise. Anyway during the editing something must've happened because when I went to my franchise, many was still in the FA pool. I exited and reloaded the roster, ALL minors were still there but manny was a FA, same for a few other guys that got signed later on. Or maybe the game was psychic and knew that manny was a roid freak?

so anyway I slice it Knights rosters will have the career stat glitch?
looking for rosters will no career stats glitch, stock ratings for players and pitchers, updated stances and pitching motions and real minor leaguers - are those out there anywhere?

try ridin's roster, very top thread in roster forum. Up to date as well...

Knight's rosters will have the stat glitch. Best roster for you might be Ridin's. No stat glitch, real minor leaguers, I think he has some edits, and I think stock ratings for MLB players. You might look into it.

BTW, you can turn injuries off whether you have roster control on or off. I have roster control off, and I turned off injuries.

with roster control on injuries can only be off...

Done...In Vault! Rosters up-to-date as of midnight 5/7/09.
Only player that is missing is Matt Daley (COL). Herges (CLE) is there, but you'll want to rework him with the proper edits.

Figures....I used Daley to fill a request from someone for v5 and he got the call up(I didn't notice)
But anyway...thank you Jib...that was a lot of work.

v4 should be ready tonight...

I'll get started on updating v2(non patch lineup) to the equivalent of v5 right after that.
I'll keep you updated, but that's going to be a couple of days.....I've gotta do all Struts and Razrs updates to it as well..

Knight, the faces really do look great. Some players are fairly easy to create, but that's usually not the case. I spent about 4 or 5 hours trying to create Darwin Barney's face and it's still not perfect.

For anyone interested, here are a few small changes that I made last night. I posted these in the Reds edits thread, but I figured it would be better to share them in here because I'm using Knight's roster set and some of these are changes that might not be able to made on other people's rosters. I haven't really saw anyone post detailed specific information in this thread, if this isn't the place to post things like this, let me know.

Yonder Alonso #19 (Reds)

no wrist tape
batting gloves: both
no wrist tape

batting stance: Felix Pie

I don't know if his face is the same in every version of Knight's roster sets, but if you're using Knight's latest roster set, here are some easy changes to make to his face:
skin: 5
hair: black
cheek fat: all the way to the top and all the way to the right
eyebrows: black
eye bags: none
eye scale: all the way to the right
eye depth detail: all the way to the top at and all the way to the left
eye detail: in the middle and all the way to the right
brow bend: in the middle and 25% from the left
brow position: all the way to the bottom and 40% from the left
bone position: in the middle and all the way to the bottom
ear protrusion: 45% from the left and 40% from the top
upper ear detail: 20% from the right and 10% from the bottom

Drew Stubbs #7 (Reds)
black bat
black glove
no shin guard
high socks
batting stance: Hank Blalock

As for attributes, I won't post those here because this is Knight's set, so I hope that no one asks. I'm not saying that his players are not rated accurately. For the record, I do change a ton of attributes, but I do that to every roster that I have ever used because we all have different opinions on things.

Does anybody know of a workaround to be able to change what the announcers call Reed Johnson of the Cubs? They call him Mark DeRosa. I thought I fixed that at one time, but I may be thinking of somebody else. Johnson's name isn't editable.

I think there were too many edits to 4-seam fastballs. That or too much movement added to the 2-seamers/sinkers that replaced them. I know I can change them back or use the stock if I want, I'm not complaining, just offering my opinion on it.

In my opinion throws about as straight a fastball as you can get. Even a rising fastball maybe. Yet in the V5 roster he's given a 2-seamer with 90 movement. Even a 2-seamer with 0 movement has more movement than I notice he actually has. *shrugs*

How are you doing this? I would help but I don't have the time. I want to do some of the players on my franchise. Could you give me some hints on what to do.
