Re: Knights End of Season Set
Knight this may have been answered I looked but couldnt find it. But is this roster going to be as opening day rosters was expected for all MLB teams?“Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.”

Re: Knights End of Season Set
Hey Knight, sorry to keep making requests... But is there any chance of getting Sano in this set??

I'd love to find a scouting report but I don't think anyone even knows how old he really is
thanks again for all the rosters, can't wait for this one!Comment

Re: Knights End of Season Set
one thing to remember, while the pirates are awful, they still have a very good minor league system that is getting even better thanks to the trades. I am not voicing any opinon on them, just saying that sometimes people underrate our system.Comment

Re: Knights End of Season Set
Yeah the Pirates do have some good young talent, both on the farm and in the bigs. Even though I'm a Yankee/Met/Cardinal fan, the Pirates are a team I enjoy watching as well due to their history and that beautiful ballpark they play in. I know he wasn't a Pirates farmhand, but I really enjoy watching Garret Jones play. Hopefully the Pirates could put together a winning season sometime in the near future, the fans of Pittsburgh definitely deserve it.Comment

Re: Knights End of Season Set
yah man you are 100% correct now can they keep the talent around long enough for them to develop and let us cheer for once would be great.the one thing that knight does is that he gives credit where credit is due when it comes to players his rosters are indeed fair..so we buc fans who will be playing a franchise with them will love it. I already have my opening day lineup set lol just waiting for knight to finish the masterpiece lolMLB: Pittsburgh Pirates '90
NFL: Miami Dolphins '84
NBA: Minnesota Timberwolves ' 15

Re: Knights End of Season Set
Losing out on Sano, was a tough loss though. Moskos, when your k's are half of your IP is not exactly great for a #1 pick. Lincoln is a nice pitcher but drafting him before Lincecum and Joba, not great. I know other people passed on Lincecum because is his size but Lincoln is only a inch taller. McCutchen and Alvarez look like a stars , but then they draft Sanchez , a catcher , a position they have depth at and lets be honest no one else would have drafted in the top 10. Alderson looks like a steal but the way he throws , I cant believe he wont be a future patient of Dr James Andrews. I want the Bucs to succeed but there moves have been 50/50 to me.Comment

Re: Knights End of Season Set
I agree. I feel sorry for Pirate fans (and this is coming from a fan of a team that has had 13 consecutive losing seasons).
Your scouting department and front office is just plain awful. Call me crazy but it's highly possible McCutchen won't be a Pirate in 5 years. Think about who you were talking about being your franchise players 5 years ago and where are they today...Yankees? Mariners? Red Sox? Giants?
Actually just draw a team name out of a hat. Most likely they have a former Pirate.
