Yeah of course thank you to the Full Minors team, you guys are busting your butts and taking time away from your families, it is much appreciated ! . looks like just as SCEA caught up to Liriano and lowered his ratings, it may be time to up them again. Even though he gave up 3er in his last start in 3 innings, he struck out six with no walks. Cisco has 12k's in 7ip and it looks like he is 100 percent back minus 2 or 3 mph on the fastball.

        Re: O.S. Full Minors 2010

I apologize if this has been addressed in one of the previous 80+ pages.

I assume with the unbalanced nature of Pitchers receiving A potential vs Position players, that you all are creating (instead of editing) many of the A potential position players?

With that being said, how are you all handling the massive amount of A pot pitchers? I look at a guy like Danny Duffy from the Royals, who should probably be a B potential player (based on how they rate the real major leaguers) but he is one of the top 150 pitching prospects, so will he be an A (due to the fact that there are over 150 made up pitchers with an A potential)?

Do you intend to have a handful of A pitchers just be made up 45 y/o guys, so they are out of the game soon?

Again, sorry if this has been addressed, but I didn't see it.

Thanks again for all you do.

I'm sure it's been asked, but do you guys have a PayPal or something where I could send a donation for all the work you all put in? I almost feel guilty taking these rosters for free.

Also, just wondering if you guys have done any work to the Orioles' roster yet. I'm mainly curious what kind of grades you've given to Josh Bell, Brandon Snyder and Jake Arrieta, and whoever else has an A/B grade.

          Thanks again!
as far as A level prospects for the Orioles, probably Brian Matusz, though he's already in it, Bell should be a fringe A, solid B, same for Britton. Arrieta should be a B and Snyder is a C. Just my opinion

You think osu ? He had bad year last year but regardless had the best swing miss ratio in the league. He tore up the winter league and he is throwing strikes. I know osu im biased but if he is back we win the central hands down.

Hard to say just how far along we are...because we have some teams totally complete and a lot of players all over the place done...but it's moving.

Yeah I'm new this year also. I am from Pittsburgh and naturally will be be using them in a franchise this year. My biggest question is will the Pirates roster eventually be corrected and how will this work with the minors roster being made. (ex. is all the changes together or will I have to change the Pirates MLB roster once this minors roster comes out.) Yeah, dumb question I know.

This roster will have the correct lineups, rotations, 40 man, etc. as of opening day, for all levels (MLB, AAA, AA) as close as possible to real life.

                Hope that answers your question.

                      Re: O.S. Full Minors 2010

The problem with Freeman is that he is projecting 20ish homerun potential. That really isnt very good for a guy who would be in a neutral to slight pitchers park. Plus he is playing a position were you expect to get power.

Atlanta needs to produce some infield talent.

I havent seen much about 2B Travis Jones what do yall have on him? I ask because I watched him play at USC when he was in school.

i can see freeman averaging mid 20 home run's a season...and while that's not as much power as i'd like to see...i still think he's going to be hitting near .320 every season with 90+ RBI's. hopefully at least. with his build and recovering from the wrist injury last year, i wouldnt be surprised if his power numbers are better than that too.

anyway...agreed with the IF talent. they took a step in the right direction with Edward Salcedo though.

I think Freeman has 30+ HR/year potential, but his swing is not there yet. It's still too long and seems like he needs to improve his mechanics before he can even sniff the majors. But I would project him as an A potential myself, but I'd understand if someone graded him a B prospect.

I don't see him hitting .320 though. I think around .280 give or take.

do you know how hard it is to avg .320? only 14 players in all of the MLB hit .320 or better and only 40 total players hit over .300 in the MLB. While i personally think Freeman is going to be good, its really hard to project someone to be that good of a hitter. Freeman only hit .248 when he was up in AA. He could project around a .280 hitter with 20-25 HR and thats decent 1B, not great but decent and thats where freeman is projected

ksig...don't remember if I asked where you had Travis Wood at potential-wise but I'd imagine he'd be a B or an A esp. considering the over-abundance of A's among fake minor leaguers...

reason I ask is b/c Wood is being seriously considered for the 5th starter position w/ cincy, along with Leake & Chapman...word is that Matt Maloney might be shifted to the bullpen (not a bad idea esp. since Bill Bray is turning into a huge bust)...

Chapman is their best pitcher, thats what a ton of scouts are saying and they say he should break with the club. the reds are stupid if they send him down
