...I did listen to the radio broadcast however, Santo is always good for a laugh when we're getting pounded.

Ya Marlon seems like he is a real nice guy and a good teammate. I heard he's good friends with Milton, you'd think Marlon would rub off on the guy.

Hopefully this dilutes all of the "racism" suggestions that came along with Bradley, boy that irritated me.

BTW I am liking Mauer's stance for Theriot. I forgot who suggested it, but it does look better than gen 55.

2-1 in the 6th...Dempster has got those K pitches working!

Alright guys....just watching the Cubbies game and witnessed Colvin make a mess of a Tommy Hanson 95mph fastball.

What kind of ratings do you think we should give the kid?

I was thinking 55-60 contact with 50-55 power? I'm not too familiar with what ratings garner which results, so any help in the manner would be appreciated.

Im watching the game and generic 52 looks close to the batting stance for Jeff Baker, Generic 86 for Marlon Byrd, Buster Posey for Tyler Colvin. What do you guys think?

I love it every year when new guys come into the league and see Marmol's slider for the first time. He can certainly make even HOF prospects look silly... lol

I'm not really sure what his ratings are in the game right now, but for Colvin I'd put his hitting at this:
                  Contact vs Right: 50
                  Contact vs Left: 54
                  Power vs Right: 49
                  Power vs Left: 52

A note on Ryan Theriot, he had all white batting gloves and didn’t have any sweat bands or tape on his wrists.

last season theriot alternated back and forth between no wrist band and wristband. He usually wears all white batting gloves or all blue ones. The wrist band seems to come out when the warmer months hit and he no longer wears the three quarter sleaves. its usually All white gloves with the sleaves or the blue gloves with the blue wrist band and no sleaves.

You have Colvin hitting better vs lefties? Even though he's a left handed hitter?

I don't have any info on Russell yet other than he throws a fastball, slider and change...

If you're wondering why I have 4-seamers as opposed to running fastballs like in the past see my thread on the subject: http://www.operationsports.com/forum...-seam-fbs.html

Let's See I have a few edits for you guys-

Marlon Byrd- Change his Stance to Jose Reyes, he is by far the closest one here.

Also this year he is wearing White framed glasses, with Red Lenses.

Esmailin Caridad- Pitching delivery is Francisco Cordero

Aramis Ramirez- I was considering changing his stance, but decided to stay with his original. For one he is more crouched in real life, and his bat placement is off in the game. Plus, with his foot it is not as high off the ground as it is in the game. So I'm for any suggestion if anyone has any?

James Russell- His delivery is Bobby Seay

Yeah Ramirez’s stance is starting to bug me as well. I’ll be looking for a better one but I don’t know if there is one.

Just watched the game today and Jeff Samardzija pitched in the 8th. He does go over the top with his glove now and when he takes the sign the glove position is stomach high.

Generic 24 is almost perfect for his over the top delivery.
