I gotta say i love Bruce in this game, I hit another 1st pitch HR last night against the Marlins. He's just a beast in the game.

Anyone got a good one for Aroldis Chapman?

Here's a good link for a scouting report also:

Also, do you guys know what pitches he has? I know he has a 4SF, 2SF, SL (is it a regular slider or a slurve?), and he's working on a changeup (regular change or circle?) ... also he might have a curve too but I haven't watched him this year.

For Chapman, I'm using Accardo. It's not a wind-up delivery, but it's the closest thing to his actual throwing motion that I could find. All the other pitchers that "looks" like his don't throw hard enough. The other ones I wrote down were Jim Johnson and Generic 59. Again, this is for Aroldis Chapman.

I went with the Jeremy Sowers pitching style but of course it’s not perfect. From what I watched he has a slider and curveball. The speed on both of these pitches varies greatly even in one game. So if you want to give the slider a speed of 90mph you would be right or if you gave it a speed of 88mph you’d be right. Same goes for the curveball whether its low 70’s, mid 70’s, or high 70’s and possible low 80’s all could be right.

I've seen atleast 5 different choices for Chapman, so it's all up in the air, and at this point, based on pure opinion.

Well, he did make the AAA team in real-life, so if you're making a new set or something, keep him with Louisville.
I've seen him on there, and he looks solid. Havn't played with him though. I've been doing manager mode. I love that crap!

i wondered how manager mode was, till the full roster comes out i thought i'd just do a season mode over franchise or manger mode. I'm using Rupes roster, but made a few changes to had Griffey, i brought in Aki at third over Rolon, and traded for Josh Hamilton. Kinda debating of putting Alonso in at LF just to see how it goes, then put him back.

I love the manager mode. It gives you a great input on the game without having to play all the time. I did it last year too. I just get the most enjoyment outta the game playing that mode. Anyone else with me?

For Chapman have any of you thought about using Contreras for his pitching style? He wears 52 because he is a Contreras fan and the motion looks pretty close to his.

BTW @Rupe Thanks for the rosters.

What are you Reds fans using for Mike Leake and Matt Maloney? Also, have you guys came to a conclusion for a delivery for Chapman?
