            Played the Cubs vs. Mets

Rating updates are needed for almost every player on each team.

the only reason i put these rosters up was so that ratings could be worked on while i take a break for a few weeks to study for finals...slowly but surely folks...hope to have everything complete by early-mid May...then, like i said, Ill be climbing the ladder 1989, 90, 91, and so on

i think these rosters are AMAZING.. i love this era and the players involved. I was born in 1983 and this is basically my first baseball experiences... loved Mattingly and Ripken back then. keep up the good work, and keep us posted on the names when you upload a new version to the vault.

                    Thanks for the awesome work.

A decent amount of ratings should probably get done tonight. And if Knight's roster is delayed a little bit more, I could have even more done tomorrow

Gonna take this one step further. Not only am I going to do the ratings, but I'm also adjusting the ages the best I can (some guys like Eddie Murray has their ages locked). Then I'm getting the extra old-timers on the AAA roster so you can find them. Then I'm going through some sites and seeing who got the most time on the MLB rosters, at which position, etc, and then going through some box scores to come up with some semblance of a proper batting order.

So, after going through Baltimore, I ended up with Schilling and Brady Anderson off of the MLB roster cause they didn't really have a major role with the team that year (Brady just missed the cut)

                        1.) Joe Orsulak (RF)
                        2.) Billy Ripken (2B)
                        3.) Cal Ripken (SS)
                        4.) Eddie Murray (1B)
                        5.) Larry Sheets (DH)
                        6.) Mickey Tettleton (C)
                        7.) Fred Lynn (CF)
                        8.) Rick Schu (3B)
                        9.) Pete Stanicek (LF)

                        Rotation:
                        Jose Bautista
                        Jay Tibbs
                        Jeff Ballard
                        Mike Boddicker
                        Oswaldo Peraza

Can these rosters be used in an online game?

i think this is a good idea, adjusting ages and putting in the lineups that actually played. Someone like Schilling can be in AAA or something, so we can use him but don't make him the number three starter.... I LOVE these rosters and can't wait for more updates.

I'm very impressed. The faces you've made on a lot of players are just great. I'm really looking forward to that 89 roster because that 89 Cubs team was one of my all time fav teams.

Great work and looking forward to more. People like you make this game a little more fun for use older gamers.
