probably a stupid question but, if i start a franchise mode using this roster, will it update while i'm playing through the season? i know i can download the update but will it change in my franchise mode?

i'm under the assumption that season/franchise modes rosters dont change once you start the season/franchise.

on your rosters if a guy is not active due to injury when I start my chise will the cpu not be smart enough to activate him. I would rather have a roster that bumps guys that have season ending injuries off the roster and just leave the 15 day DL guys active. any advice? As long as Manny or other studs don't get overlooked for recall I'm ok.

So can you please tell me what is different between your two roster sets? Why would you have to separate ones and not just put all the work into one roster? Thanks for all the hard work.

PLEASE READ THE OPENING POST ,

One more time these are for 25 man roster so lineups dont switch .
They are made to be played in Franchise Mode for 1 season with Total roster control ON , You control ALL transactions EVERYTHING !

I read the opening post. I've read most of the the thread. Call me an idiot but just started playing the game and couldn't figure out what the differences were. So I guess I am not understanding what you mean by "there are for 25 man roster so lineups dont switch".

I guess it is better if I simply ask you what you recommend. I want to play franchise for multiple seasons so which do you recommend?

I had to ask cause it made no sense to me either. Luckily, I found someone on here who had been helpful many times before who contacted me to make it easier. So, I will now do the same...
- With 40 man rosters, and minor league teams full, Spring Training will be fine.
- Once Spring Training is over the 40 man goes to 25. All your lineups will get rearranged and the CPU will make whatever cuts it wants regardless of how you want it or how you had set it up.
- Leaving only 25 on the 40 man roster impedes the CPUs ability to cut anyone cause the team's already at 25 guys.

That's basically it. It's not insanely difficult to get, but, there is something to be said for thread being long, issues not being clearly outlined, and people having different learning curves.
