    Re: Brennan Boesch

No disrespect taken at all...but I will shock you with this..

As of today, if we pro-rate Mr. Boesch's MLB homer totals
    (12 HR's/275 official AB's) to 527 (official) AB's
(2009 with Erie), he would be projected to hit 22 home runs.

My CAP, which like most that I do, was based off of the preceeding year. So...for Erie...in 527 official AB's he hit 28 homers...six better

I guarantee if you simmed out a full season with Boesch...using the CAP I posted...and barring any long term injury, he will be right at, or damn close to that number....

I had the splits, but we know that a minor league split, doesn't project to how you'll do in the majors....

Has anyone found a good setup for him? Rod_Carew...your work is ALWAYS incredible, and by no means would I question your legendary CAP's, but the one you posted just seems to be a bit low for him. And InSainn's seems a bit high...He drills lefties (even being left-handed) and is currently still well over .400 against them in real life. But a 92 seems a little over the top. I used InSainn's for a bit in my franchise, and in the month of April, I was hitting over .400 with 10 HR's and 25 RBI. Ironically those are VERY close to his ACTUAL numbers last month in real life, but I can't get over the fact I almost feel like I'm cheating having the attributes that high.

    Any updates on this kid?
