Could someone help me out on downloading these. I believe this is the V4.1 franchise file and I can't figure it out. Everything I try leads me to saved utility telling me these is no saved data. Really confused and have been anxiously waiting to start a franchise. Thanks.

I've decided to use the file uploaded here by HustlingOwl a couple pages back.

If I followed this thread closely enough this one can be traced directly back
to Knight, with strut24, Jasnake, and HustlingOwl. I believe this to be the most accurate and final version of 4.1.

The link above is to the HustlingOwl 4.1 Opening Day 30 Team control Franchise file. I started a Yankees Franchise last night and the first 3 games made a believer out of me. I play on All-Star and last night's games were the best games I've had yet with MLB 10. I played Yankees v Red Sox opening series and took 2 out of 3 with all 3 games being decided by 1 or 2 runs.The game I lost was the first one. CC throwing a 1 hit shutout into the 8th inning. I had only scored 1 run on a Swisher home run. I should have left CC in but I brought in Joba to get the final out of the 8th and he promptly gave up a single on his first pitch. Franco pinch hit with Ortiz who planted Jaba's second pitch DEEEEEEEP to right and Paplebon saved this one. He blew the next two games in the 9th for one and 14th inning for the other.

Okay. I downloaded the franchise file. Is the roster file posted on here as well or do I need to get that via the PS3?

Both files are just the BCU files..no PS3 or SavData folder? In fact, when you click on link to download it displays link as BCU file.zip. Nevermind..figured it out..thx.

Create a "PS3" folder then make a "SAVEDATA" folder inside of that. Put the BCU folder into the "SAVEDATA" folder.

dean and abcabc are co-editing the NL gear. dean has it now, abcabc will get it back when dean is done tonight and work during the day hopefully they both keep me posted when they hand it off. after each division i'll go over the work to make sure every things in order.

I just got this game and was wondering is there anything special I must do with the Franchise file? Do I just switch to my team and play on for there, like are the other teams automatically set up?

Also, I enjoy watching and playing baseball, but when it comes to the offseason I have no idea what is going on. What's a salary arbitration? Why should I offer a arbitration instead of a contract? Can someone give me some info on stuff that goes on during the off season. I also have no idea what "Rule 5 Draft" is.

EDIT: HustlinOwl, your franchise file includes custom sliders which look pretty unfair. You had power and other things maxed out for the user. I noticed this after 3 games of my Rangers Franchise after I had 11 bombs total in just 3 games.

Sliders are Titus's set and in Reds franchise my 3 game series against the Cardinals I had no homeruns and they had 2 I think, go figure

I guess I jumped to conclusions too soon since I'm probably just on a hot start. I need to play more games first.
