Re: MLB 11 The Show Roster Updates, Via SportsConnect (All Updates Here)
- Place a USB device into your PS3.
- Copy an MLBTS file from the Saved Game Utility to your USB. This will create a PS3 & SAVEDATA folder for you.
- Transfer your USB to your PC
- DL the roster file posted.
- Make sure you unzip it after you DL
- Transfer the first folder named "BCUS98251_ROST_000000006E5AD1E0" to your USB in the SAVEDATA folder you just created with your PS3
- This folder contains 4 files.
- Transfer your USB to your PS3.
- Access the Saved Data Utility on your XMB
- Open the USB on your XMB. you should see the file you just transferred.
- If you dont, then instead of pressing X to view your USB on your XMB, then press TRIANGLE to view all.
- When you see the file, press TRIANGLE to copy the file to your XMB.
- When you fire up MLBTS the file will be in your rosters.

Been doing this every roster worked except last two. Says file corrupt. Deleted and downloaded again but says same thing.Comment

This does not delete game saves. Another question I get is how long does it take. Only about 2 – 5 minutes. For more FAQ’s check the bottom of this post. This is a good thing to do from time to time…
It is also a good idea to delete all your MLBTS patches and updates before and then reDL them after you rebuild.Comment

You can sort by Username, Roster name or Date ULd.
Just D-Pad over to either column and press SQUARE. That will sort the column.
There are a few good rosters by users like...
Knight_165
HustlinOwl
YankeesDaniel99

Most people use some variation of the Knight_165 OSFM roster.
Your best bet is to sort by %. That tells you how well the DLers liked the set.
LESSCAN's set is pretty good. HustlinOwl's is good and they are the most recent and most up to date.
I think LESSCAN even has as far as Rowand and Tejada being released from the Giants.
There is another one by "Killin" somethin or other. It has a high 94% but there are a few hole sin the roster.
Most of them you can DL and update yourself with very few edits.Comment

If you decide to use it, here are a couple of changes that I forgot to make.
Jeremy Hellickson
sweeping curve (change his curveball to a sweeping curve)
44/78/78
Ivan Nova
stamina 75
clutch 74
H/9 65
HR/9 78
K/9 61
BB/9 65
splitter
95/72/70
Note: The reason I gave him a splitter is because his sinker does not really have any tail on it.

His "slider" (as he calls it) acts like a cutter most of the time, but he does actually get a two-plane break (more like a slider) on some of them. He actually gets three different cutter/slider type breaks (cutter, slider and slurve) on this pitch. He almost has to have different grips to consistently get these three different breaks.
cutter
70/70/65
sweeping curve
73/63/75
slider
59/63/63
circle-change
