When you are in create a player and you click start to save you choose Free Agent and Export and save whatever name you want.

Allot of those guys are already listed in the forum. A guy with a pistons avatar use to post them from 07 & 08. Use the search feature at the top. I forget which player I was looking for but he had a large list. In 07 & 08, they didn't use numbers for ratings, they used bars instead so you had to count the little beeps when you hit the left or right arrow.

create a player with the name. when you hit the start button after you're done creating choose the option to save and export the player. after you have exported, go to manage ****** and select a player to replace and import the player you just saved and after you import him, the real face of the player will then appear.
