Re: MLB 11 The Show - Operation Sports Full Minors 2011 (Spring Training Version)

I want to pass on my gratitude and thanks to all those editors who took hours out of their free time to put this together. It's the epitome of selflessness to spend hours working on something largely for the benefit of others, and for no tangible reward. Admirable.

So as one of those thousands of faceless guys out there who appreciate the hard work you've all done, let me just say that I can't tell you how much added enjoyment this brings to the MLB experience...in some ways, it feels like the "real" game was just released

    Thanks again!

Wow I believe that Bryce Harper is a bit overrated, his bar is almost completely full and he is in the top 5 of all Nationals players. Thanks for the roster guys they're fantastic and I just looked and almost 1000 downloads already!

The beauty of the importing feature is that you can always include new players to the roster.

Knight may or may not be doing player packs. If he does, you can always make a request! And I know I'm going to offer help with those if he's looking for help. I'll be sure to get Whitaker as an option.
Yea, I grew up with him right down the street. He would come over as a lil dude and play baseball, football and basketball with me and my bro all day.

Check out his plate discipline and plate vision. I have already struck him out 2 times, and he belted a double off the wall cause i hung a fastball. You can go after him and he will struggle.

What makes him so high is his fielding abilities. Dudes got a CANNON.

Are you able to import downloaded players once you start a franchise?

It's a shame we can't edit contracts (and potential ratings for that matter).
I noticed the lengths and salaries are all over the place with these minor league players.
Maybe next year there can be some emphasis put on using fake players who share the same contract lengths and roughly the same salaries as the real players we are overwriting them with, and not just matching potential ratings.
I'm probably asking for too much here, and if I am just e-slap me.
                    Thanks again. Over and out.

PS. don't know if you caught this or not, but there are some SCEA player edits that made it through.
Just wanted to bring this to your attention as I recall you had stated that edits to SCEA players would be left out in the initial set.
                    Take one pass it on

How do you keep the 40-man roster that is set on the rosters when you start a franchise? Every time I load Knight's rosters Thomas Diamond winds up on the Cubs active roster and I have to burn an option to get him back to the minors.

You have to turn injuries on MANUAL, then go to the disabled list, click R1, and choose the injury. Then you can put them on the DL OR let the CPU do it if you have injury management set to auto.

Sorry about that Knight, that's on me, got so caught up in top end guys, I lost track of who I was filling the rest of the roster in with. and Thornburg was one of them where I didnt have ratings for him, and mentioned that on my raw roster I sent you.
