Re: Operation Sports Full Minors 2012(recruiting)
Great!
That's at least five right now.(although Aroid and Majoniak are already kind of set....I'm hoping they can do a little extra if needed.)
We are definitely shooting for an Opening Day release....or very close to it.
Ridin' is phenomenal at pumping out teams(I don't know how he works that fast....I think he has a PC editor he's not letting on about!!!!)
If we can get a few more ratings guys to grab teams....we'll be golden.
Thanks to everyone for volunteering to pitch in.
I love this site.

Re: Operation Sports Full Minors 2012(recruiting)
yup sounds good to me.
lets get our list of the top 100 together and we can go from there.
i've already started gathering some reference of guys from the top 100 link i posted.
U and Jason will work on ratings, potentials, stances & deliveries then once we have our list? i guess once u guys finish i can go in and update the faces and equipment

Knight...got a couple questions for you.
I was setting up a spreadsheet and was wondering about age. Should we make a cutoff date? I remember we did last year but couldn't remember what date was picked.
Also, should we set up team threads? I wouldn't mind getting more opinions and working with more Giants fans if they want to help out. I'm not sure if 30 different team threads will fly with the mods though.
And consider me a go to guy for any left over teams. Except faces, you don't want me working on these, believe me! You can go ahead and mark me down for the A's for sure. And then I might be able to claim a 3rd team, but I'll wait til crunch time to commit to that.Comment

I can take the Jays equipment and pitch edits if you'd like. I'm not much good at the rest
Edit: I don't mind refining batter and pitcher stances/deliveries at the MLB level as many aren't very accurate.Comment

If you are struggling, i may be able to help, family commitments permitting.
If you could perhaps give me your process (PM) of doing things, that may help.Comment

Re: Operation Sports Full Minors 2012(recruiting)
Its a 90 man organization correct? I have my list of guys I want to include, but have a question for you really quick.
For the Cardinals they have guys like Alex Cora and Eugenio Velez who signed minor league deals that will have SCEA caps since they played in the MLB this year, but they also have R.J. Swindle, former reliever for the Rays, who did not. Should I include him?? Or select a prospect instead?
I also have an excel file of the players I would like to include in the full minors release for the Cardinals. How many pitchers/hitters do you want per organization?OSFM St. Louis Cardinals 2011, 2012, 2013
